The Site is located on the residential zone of Ba colodCityandiscomposedof twin lots totalling 448sq.m. with the slope difference on the deeper end coming at 5metersbelowthehigherele vationoftheLand. Rawdhat is a contem porary community develop ment strategically located along Old Airport Road. The Site has a good view of the Grand Mosque and the Mu nicipal Garden. The site is a strategiccornerlotamongthe PrimeCommercialLandinthe Development. The Mazroei Building is in spired from the Iconic curves of the lot. It submits to the Topography and adds interest as it towers with its beautiful language of glass and steel architecture.
