We have to discuss a few aspects to execute in our project design process to make a decision the suitable design. We have doing a discussion after a few early, an idea have investigate and make sure there is no problem in our project while group present. After we know the problem and the weakness. We have done some investigation to our project. 4.2 Design

Design is not a process or activity that can earn with spontaneous method or suddenly. On the other side, it is a process that consumes few weeks, few months or few years before can get a result. This included thinking process, experiment and testing until the product is success. Activity or processing design starts from realization about some problem that has been facing and need to settle it. This process is named as how important is needed. Second process is investigation process or investigation to understand with more specified about the problem that has facing. This process is named as problem definition. Shape designer is no need hasty to summarize with directly produce design. This action possibility designer will wrongly to make instance until fail to produce product to satisfy needs of the consumer. Then, process is concept producing concept or idea to settle the problem that has been faced. On this stage, creative thinking ability and innovative is needed to produce good concept. Next process is synthesis or concept developments that already chosen from the process. This process involves decision and investigation about process production, decision, size cost, model and etc. In this stage, design will repaired in the looks. Method specified before going through the next process. It is prototype produce and production. Prototype is a product that a likely or close match to the product that being design is reality. The design has to be tested and to operate effectiveness and design weakness before production process happen. By the science principle basic decision and related technical, finally one skeleton is produce and one technical consumer is requirement

4.2.1 Meaning of creative Create an ability that can produce something or a new system.

4.2.2 Meaning of Design Design is a perform process and to produce something commodity. From research, experiment, change and mind thinking and interest and have not create it before that.. This design can make it new. etc. a machine or new equipment in production line.

4.2.3 Objective Design To understand just a little bit concept and discipline engineering design. To realize and to understand the method material to choose and size of the component. Can give presentation design the best whether through writing, design and oral. To encourage spirit interaction and cooperation between student to settle problem or to manage project.

4.2.4 Quality Design In this process to design some new product, have a few factor or important element that we must consider. Between design and quality that is produced and obstructed that involved. Quality design is a stage. Where the quality product that hope to suitable needed or satisfaction consumer. It related with specification for product. The best quality design is depends on strength, life spend. But if quality increases usually design cost will increase according to the needs. In the effort to improve a new product. Designer must recognize the quality ability to the consumer where it can see in the daily conversation and action. This is important to produce the product that the design is high quality.

In the design procedure process. Few step must follow by Instruction to produce in scientific is fix. Idea Concept

A few designs have made and our group has made a decision after discussion and the result is the Latest design. There are three concept ideas that we used before, and we has choose the best concept this project.

Analysis data

Motor analysis is the most important things in engineering. If the data obtained did not follow the correct specifications, it will affect the design. The main purpose of data analysis is know the, cost and materials of the design.

4.6.1 Advantages and disadvantages analysis of design

Advantages and disadvantages analysis is research by detail about operation process and usage of all kind of technology method that design of Ceiba Pentandra Separated. Some important aspect already choose to analysis and design Ceiba Pentandra Separated that useful and multipurpose. Some aspect that need to analysis to build this project such as below.

4.6.2 Cost estimate of project Estimate for expenses and cost to design a product is one of factor to know to avoid the lost and it must be suitable to the project and model that produced

4.6.3 Raw materials Raw materials cost is direct cost for refer to kind of cost that detect direct from designing this project. Example of the raw materials that we used for this project is L-Bar and plates.
