POWER OF ATTORNEY

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, I, Shri/Smt ___________________, son of Shri ___________________, resident of ________________________, at present residing at ______________________________SEND GREETINGS: WHEREAS I am presently residing out of India for the time being, I am personally unable to carry out any transactions and for reasons of convenience it is necessary that I should appoint an attorney and confer upon him the powers hereinafter stated. AND WHEREAS I am interested in purchasing a land situated at ___________________, measuring _______________ square feet, from its rightful owner Shri/Smt/M/s_ ____________. AND WHEREAS I am desirous of appointing my father, Shri _______ ________________, residing at _____________________________ to be my true and lawful attorney for the purpose of purchasing the abovementioned land, execute all the agreements in relation to the same and carry out all the necessary legal requirements on and for my behalf. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I Shri/Smt _____________________ do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Shri __________________________ through this Special Power of Attorney to be my true and lawful attorney to do the following acts, deeds, matters and things and execute the following powers, in respect of purchase of the land situated at ___________________, measuring ______________ square feet from the rightful owner Shri/Smt./M/s _________________(hereinafter referred to as the PREMISES), that is to say: 1. To sign, execute such agreements, documents, transfer forms applications any other papers or letters by which rights in the said Premises are transferred in my name. 2. To do all such acts, sign papers, document for effecting transfer of electric meter in my name. 3. To appear in person and to represent me before any authorities in respect of transfer of the said Premises, for registration of the said agreements, documents, transfer forms or any other document required for the purpose. 4. To represent me in any court or before any authority including Income-tax Departments and to sign, file and present all claims proceedings, application, affidavits returns documents etc.

5. To do all such act, sign, execute, deliver or cause to deliver all such documents, papers letters or any other papers in connection with transfer of peaceful and vacant possession of the Premises in my favour. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall be irrevocable and I hereby agree to ratify whatever is done or caused to be done by the said Attorney on my behalf by virtue of this Power hereby given. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall come to an end as soon as the transfer of the said Premises, i.e. the land situated at _______________________, measuring _________ square feet is completed.
