care. GE Healthcare’s expertise in medical imaging and

and biopharmaceuticals is dedicated to detecting
disease earlier and tailoring treatment for individual
patients.

EPDM Provides a tool where individual users are

enabled to create reports from data in the production
PDM system. It allows the users to select from a wide
range of production system data elements and apply
report formatting output options.

Informatica is used to build the business logic at the

backend, ensure that the performance is tuned for the
most efficient use of the BI infrastructure. Cognos
provides reporting facility to User with security levels
defined.

Description Italy Risk Exposure and Monitoring Application provides
the business users the analysis of Risk involved in a
lease/ Rental application.
Source database is MS SQL server and generated flat
files that consisted risk factor calculations.

Italy Risk daily load involved Lease/Rent source data

coming from 3 different platforms viz. Liscor, Xerox and
Extranet.
Data of applications received and contracts made for
Lease/Rent of GE equipments on a daily basis is
provided in flat files.
Initially the whole process was in MS SQL package
which loaded data from flat files to the database.
This project involves developing mappings which
simulated the existing MS SQL package to load data to
the Database which was useful for Risk Exposure and
monitoring application.

granularity. It has source system as Siebel and it
further serves as source to various reports and for
Customer Centric Process Management Digital Cockpit.

It provides business solution for GE –EEF Business for

various financial reports at various levels of hierarchy,
with security at different levels. Informatica is used to
build the business logic at the backend and Business
Object Web-I provides online reporting facility to User
with security levels defined.

Description GE European Equipment Finance (EFF) pioneer and

customer in European market.
The Customer Centric Process Management project is
to provide the client to analyze the business in terms of
graphical representation, and provide a web based
intranet portal application that covers GE EEF Business
management. It aims to build a consistent architecture
for PAN-European Solution. To build a process to plug in
new metrics as and when the need arises.
