The AGS, TH informed the Members that the proposed off season tariff will come into existence as and when required for the promotion of sales of the Tourist Hostel. There will be an attempt to not to use the off season tariff, if maintaining a good occupancy.

The Check-out time is at 11.00 a.m. and the check-in at 12.00 noon. Tariff which is been increased is of the Deluxe Room from Rs 4160/- to Rs. 4500/- due to the better facilities for the guests. The Tariff of the common-bath has been reduced keeping in view the shoe string budget accommodation required by the guests. It has also been observed that lot of guests need rooms on triple occupancy, so new tariff has been introduced on a triple occupancy rates. The rate revision in the baggage charges is Rs. 50/- per day for 10 days and above 10 days Rs. 100/- per day up to a maximum of 30 days. The Travel Agent Commission is: a. 200 nights 10% b. 200 - 250 nights 12.5% c. 250 - 300 nights 15% d. 300 500 nights 17.5% e. Above 500 nights 20%

The Members also suggested to provide a plate of cookies for the guests booking the Deluxe Rooms. It was suggested to convert the Suite to Common Bath as there is a demand for Common Bath much more than the Suite. The Members approved the same.

C) Halls The tariff for the Heinz Auditorium, Foyer, Conference Room and Quadrangle for Conference, Seminars and Meetings etc. are as follows: The timings for Monday Saturday for three slots are as under: Morning (9.30 a.m. -1.00 p.m.) Afternoon (2.00 p.m. 5.30 p.m.) Evening (6.00 p.m. 9.30 p.m.) i. Heinz Auditorium a. Rs. 7500/- + taxes per slot b. Rs. 12000/- + taxes for any two slots in continuation c. Rs. 17500/- + taxes for the whole day (3 slots) ii. Foyer / Conference Room a. Rs. 3000/- + taxes per slot b. Rs. 5000/- + taxes for any two slots in continuation c. Rs. 7500/- + taxes for the whole day (3 slots) iii.Quadrangle a. b. c. a. Rs. 2500/- + taxes per slot Rs. 4000/- + taxes for any two slots in continuation Rs. 6000/- + taxes for the whole day (3 slots) Rs. 10000/- per day

D) Monthly Accommodation (no discount to be offered on this tariff) There are lot of queries regarding the monthly accommodation for the students and the people coming for medical check-ups. Single Occupancy: Rs. 45,000/- + tax per head, per month inclusive of breakfast 2. Double Occupancy: Rs. 80,000/- + tax per head, per month inclusive of breakfast

E) Special discounted tariff for Church Service on Sundays We intend to start a new tariff for Church Service which will be in the following slots. Foyer 09.00 a.m. 01.30 p.m. - Bible Believers Fellowship (Rs. 4500 + Taxes) 02.00 p.m. 04.00 p.m. 04.30 p.m. 06.30 p.m. 07.00 p.m. 09.00 p.m. Tariff: Rs. 2000/- + taxes per slot Heinz Auditorium The Members are of the opinion that for the past many years, there are Church Service being organized at the Heinz Auditorium on Sunday. It is suggested and approved that the first half day slot from 9.00 a.m. 1.30 p.m. may be continued with the same Church Service and charge an amount of Rs. 6,000/- + taxes for the same.
