a) Comply with all relevant safety and health legislation, regulations, cahrterers guidelines. b) Recordable Incident Rate (RIR) not more than 0.45 c) Motor Vehicle Crash (MVC) not more than 1. d) No work related fatal accident at BNIs vessel and office. e) Prevent and eliminate hazards resulting in work related injuries, illness, pollution and accidents. f) To prioritize the safety personel, vessel, onboard equipment, cargo, and the environment. g) Promote health awareness programs. h) Achieve and maintain high standard of health condition at work area. i) Provide necessary training and educations (courses) to enable staffs to understand and perform their roles, and responsibilities involved with their job function effectively. j) To foster NO BLAME culture, to encourage proactive reporting. k) To encourage active participation from all level to achieve health and safety targets. l) To cultivate staffs on exercise right of STOP WORK POLICY enforcement. m) Continuous improvement by implementing the BBS and STOP card 4 (four) per crew per vessel per month. n) Promultage and disseminate fleet incident, injuries and accident root cause and preventive measures throughout to prevent a re-occurrence.

a) Zero pollution case. b) Improve the waste management in BNIs vessel and office. c) Identify environmental impacts related and concerning PT.BNI business and operations. d) Comply with all relevant pollution and environment legislation, regulations, charterers guidelines. e) To prevent, respond, and learn from pollution incident of any kind. f) To monitor snd understandthe difficulties (if any) in using existing environmental protection equipment. g) Record and monitor fuel and lubricant consumption. h) Support and participate in environmental re-cycle campaign. i) Control and minimize plastic, paper and rags consumption. j) Conserve energy (office) avoid wastage of electrical powers.
