SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Boosted asset values, increasing profitability. Lennars land division offered preferred pricing to building divisions of company which led to lowered profitability. Conducted market evaluation, invited internal buyers to visit properties, and substantially raised pricing. Increased profits 11% to $10M while growing revenues 25% to $100M. Increased net profit on investment. Client of Midwest Development purchased 15 portfolios with multiple properties and some assets were questionable investments. Conducted evaluation of investment, identifying solutions to sell properties, negotiating a deal with adjacent land owner/City. Sold assets, realizing a gain of $200K. Gained key government approval, ensuring project go-ahead. Played key role in proposal development of 200 unit luxury residential building project with the City Council at Lennar. Analysis revealed need for additional 30 units for profitable outcome. Developed strategy to demonstrate value-add of thirty units, gaining expedited Council approval of project with additional units, adding $4.5M to project value. Achieved critical time line. Following Lungren acquisition by Lennar, five home building divisions were created, lowering efficiency and slowing production. Integrated planning and execution across divisions to identify upcoming actions, pending deadlines, and coordination of resources. Met deadlines on multiple properties. Increased sale value. Lennar engineer drew building plans placing road and sewer main through an established group of trees. Cutting the trees would result in lower land and home values. Worked with engineer to identify another solution, selling lots for an additional $10k per lot and increasing profits by $300K.
