2.900 phím tắt cho Win, Office, IE ...

(Cái này ko chỉ dành cho newbie đâu)

Những người sử dụng máy tính ngày nay thường tận dụng các tiện ích để đơn
giản hóa trong cách gọi một tập tin, bật một cửa sổ windows mới hay dùng đến
tính năng copy và paste (dán) một tập tin đến một folder hay vị trí cần....

Những nút ký tự thường được dùng là "CTRL và ALT" nhưng cũng có nút mà
không dùng được đó là phím "F".

Để sử dụng các nút gọi tắt này thì người dùng phải giữ một trong các nút đưa ra
"lệnh" và nút còn lại. Ví dụ như lệnh copy: sử dụng ngón tay để giữ nút "Ctrl" và
ngón còn lại ấn nút "C" ==> Ctrl+c.

Việc sử dụng các phím tắt thành thạo rất có lợi trong quá trình dùng máy tính
cũng như Internet.

Có 3 cách chính trong việc sử dụng các phím tắt:

ALT key - Common keyboard shortcuts

ALT+F4
Closes an open program or, from the Windows desktop, enables you to shut
down or restart Windows.

ALT+Enter
In Windows Explorer and My Computer, displays the Properties sheet for a
selected file.
In the MS-DOS command prompt window, toggles between a full-screen view
and window view.

ALT+PRINT SCREEN
Copies an image of an active window to the Windows Clipboard. See Using the
Print Screen key for additional details.

ALT+SPACEBAR
Opens the shortcut menu on the title bar of an open window.

ALT+SHIFT+TAB
Changes the focus to the previous open window. Press and hold the ALT and
SHIFT keys at the same time, while you press the TAB key to select the previous
open window in the sequence.

ALT+TAB
Changes the focus to the next open window in a sequence.

ALT+[underlined letter]
The underlined letters in menus may be used in keyboard shortcuts. Press ALT
plus the underlined letter to open the menu and then press another underlined
letter to execute that command. For example, in Microsoft Word the letter "F" is
underlined in File on the menu bar. Press Alt+F to open the File menu, and then
press "C" to execute the Close command and close the active window.

Windows logo key - Common keyboard shortcuts

Windows logo key

Opens the Windows Start menu.

Windows logo key+BREAK

Opens the System Properties item in Control Panel.

Windows logo key+D

Shows or hides the desktop.

Windows logo key+E

Opens Windows Explorer.

Windows logo key+F

Searches for a file or folder.
CTRL+Windows logo key+F
Searches for a computer.

Windows logo key+F1

Starts Windows Help.

Windows logo key+M

Minimizes all open windows (that have minimize buttons).

Shift+Windows logo key+M

Restores windows that were minimized using the "Windows logo key+M"
keyboard shortcut.

Windows logo key+R

Displays the Run dialog box.

Windows logo key+TAB

Selects the next open program listed in the taskbar; continue to hold the
Windows logo key while pressing and releasing the TAB key to select each
consecutive program in a sequence on the taskbar. Press ENTER to make the
selected program active.

Windows logo key+SHIFT+TAB

Selects the previous open program listed in the taskbar. Press and hold the
Windows logo key and the SHIFT key down at the same time, while you press
and release the TAB key to select each preceding program in the sequence.
Press ENTER to make the selected program active.

Bên cạnh đó có thêm một vài nút phím tắt khác như:

CTRL+ALT+DELETE opens the task manager.

CTRL+SHIFT+ESC opens the processes tab in task manager.
CTRL+ESC brings up the start menu.

Shell Objects and General Folder/Windows Explorer Shortcuts

For a selected object

• F2: Rename object
• F3: Find all files
• CTRL+X: Cut
• CTRL+C: Copy
• CTRL+V: Paste
• SHIFT+DELETE: Delete selection immediately, without moving the item to the
Recycle Bin
• ALT+ENTER: Open the properties for the selected object

To Copy a File

Press and hold down the CTRL key while you drag the file to another folder.

To Create a Shortcut

Press and hold down CTRL+SHIFT while you drag a file to the desktop or a
folder.

General Folder/Shortcut Control

• F4: Selects the Go To A Different Folder box and moves down the entries in the
box (if the toolbar is active in Windows Explorer)
• F5: Refreshes the current window.
• F6: Moves among panes in Windows Explorer
• CTRL+G: Opens the Go To Folder tool (in Windows 95 Windows Explorer only)
• CTRL+Z: Undo the last command
• CTRL+A: Select all the items in the current window
• BACKSPACE: Switch to the parent folder
• SHIFT+click+Close button: For folders, close the current folder plus all parent
folders
Windows Explorer Tree Control

• Numeric Keypad *: Expands everything under the current selection

• Numeric Keypad +: Expands the current selection
• Numeric Keypad -: Collapses the current selection.
• RIGHT ARROW: Expands the current selection if it is not expanded, otherwise
goes to the first child
