D.A. Approval Application withing the envelope of the existing design so the client could apply for a Section 96, changes to existing envelope,
application as opposed to applying for a new Development Application.
I was responsible for creating a new design with an emphasis on aesthetics, access to sunlight, natural flow ventilation and budget.
