From the Front Lines

As Ive been back in the States this summer, things in Hungary have been crazy with summer camp! For seven weeks, theyve packed the property full of kids and shared the Gospel with them. Every week, lives have been changed. Here is the testimony of one of them. Zoltan was completely drenched at the time of the interview. He enjoyed being in the lake whenever possible. He lives in Budapest. He says about his family: My mommy and my daddy divorced. I do not have a brother, but I will have one [his mom now has a live-in boyfriend] and we will move out in the suburbs and will have a nice house and three dogs! Zoltan really enjoyed the water slide, but he was even more happy to talk about his decision to receive Jesus Christ. his was the irst time he has ever heard the Gospel, and after understanding it, he wanted to make sure that he would go to heaven when he dies, so he prayed and decided to trust Christ. I will make sure to bring all my friends as well... he said as we inished our interview.

Memories are Made of This

What a joy its been to spend this summer making memories with my supporters and visiting my churches. I arrived back in the US on June 4th and will be here until August 29th. Every Sunday and most Wednesdays have been packed full of visiting churches. Its been such a blessing to be able to worship once again with friends and family members in ENGLISH! While I have focused on raising new support, my main priority has been to encourage and spend time with those whove been faithfully supporting me for years now. God has given me some really neat opportunities to do this. aking John Deere tractor rides with the kids of Memorial Baptist, laughing with the ladies at Connections Community Church while we painted the church hallway, sharing with 4 and 5 year olds at Bedford Bibles VBS. One of my favorite memories of the summer was a picnic organized by one of my supporters for my other supporters in the area. What a blessing it was to visit and hear all the ways that God has used YOU over the past two years!

One of the most encouraging things of this summer is to walk into a church and see my newsletter hanging on a bulletin board or to meet up with someone and they ask about speci ic prayer re uests that Ive mentioned in these letters. Its so exciting to know that theyre actually being read! People have been asking, Hows the support coming? Are you still at 89%? he answer is, No! he Lord has provided through two individuals and Im now at 91%!! Im praying that the Lord will bring along one church at $150 per month, 3 individuals at $35 per month and 4 individuals at $25 per month. hats all it would take to bring me up to 100%! Wont you pray about how you could be an answer to this prayer?
