I am an extremely hard working and enthusiastic individual who is self motivated and able to work constructively both solely and in a team. I have excellent communication skills and have consecutively completed projects both on time and within budget. I have a strong understanding of time management and am able to implement my ideas to improve procedures and systems. I am a friendly and approachable worker with exceptional interpersonal and management skills. I am able to adapt to new environments and learn new systems quickly.
Sept 2003 Current Debenhams Retail - Technical Support Analyst Initially joining the company on the first line support team maintaining the systems in the stores Joined the 2nd line support team in Oct 2006 for the, being the end line support for the servers/tills/PCs within the stores.
