Job Description

Product promotion planning and execution. Handling the customer Order & enquiries. Coordination with branches and customers for various orders
Review of technical specification and preparation of Quotation files.

Understanding the customers requirements in terms of business and technical needs, communicate with the customer with regard to the technical and commercial aspects of the product and deal with the queries raised by them. Co-ordination with Planning, Production and logistics team to get the shipment done. Forecasting and preparation of weekly schedule. Co-ordination with overview inter company employees for various back to back contracts.
Understanding the full spectrum of Adhesive products, their application, systems and

procedures and educating customers. Pre, during and after sales customer service.
Achieving and expanding the customer base.

Positioning the company's product and brand favorably in comparison to competitors' products and brand. Monthly targets and collection receivable to ensure a healthy cash flow.
