Chapter 1
I. Introduction

Now a day we live in the era of modern


technology. The modernization changes in our world
will become broad and continuing changing.
Most people now are thinking how to uplift their
life and to how they can update for those changes
happen to our surroundings.We have to be advance and
being intelligence for those things changes of our
world.
The “Computerized Student Information System”
is a simple program, easy to use, yet an essential tool
for all computers beginners and professionals.The
content of pf this system is all about the information of
the student who studied in CMU.

II. Objectives

This system is created for the administration and


staff of CMU.To lessen their work in finding the
information of a student in each department.This will
also make their work more quicker and more accurate.

III. Scope and Delimitation

This study was limited for the students profile


of CMU.It covered the four Departments of the
school.The administration personnel and some students
were being used as the respondents of the study.

IV. Importance of the Study


The findings of the study would be beneficial to
the administration in particular because they will
quickly find the information of the students who studied
in CMU and it lessen their work.They can also assure to
the students nor to their staff that their files will
personally kept.
Likewise, it would be beneficial to the students
and school because they can handle the files of the
students.

I.Data gathering

Data Gathering was being made by research. The group


research at the library and read books of visual foxpro.and also
in our notes of our subject Visual Foxpro.

II. Method of Research

The method used in this study to determine the


computerized student information system was done through
books and unpublished thesis at the library.
