If the CR is not approved by Functional Manager/ CR form is not duly filled, CR should not be taken for execution. STEP 1: Check for any incorrect or missing values in the data given by circle. STEP 2: Check if BSC name specified matches with BSC C-NUM specified STEP 3: Check the BSC ID, BCSU,PCU,PSEI,NSVLI and IP details are correct or not. STEP 4: Take valid fallback. STEP 5: Take necessary Pre-Check logs.

GBOIP to PCU POOLING

STEP 1: Disable GENA for the all sectors attached in the particular PSEI. STEP 2: Delete the NSVLI using ZFXH command. STEP 3: Delete the PSEI Using ZFXE command. STEP 4: Check ZQKB output if IP changes are required Delete the static route by using ZQKA command.(if no changes required dont delete the IP configuration). STEP 5: Check ZQRI; output if changes required delete the IP configuration by using ZQRG command.(If no changes required Dont delete the IP configuration). STEP 6: Create ZQRI IP by using ZQRN command (use the new IP details provided by the RF team). STEP 7: Create static route by using ZQKC command (use new IP details provided by the RF team). STEP 8: Skip the above two steps if no changes required in the existing IP configuration. STEP 9: Create the new PSEI by using ZFXA command (use the master BCSU, PCU combination). STEP 10: Create the NSVLI by using ZFXK command after creating it check PING response of SGSN. STEP 11: Attach all the BCSU, PCU combination with the Main PSEI.
