Main entry view Albany County required an updated facility to hold public trials and provide new offices for the District Attorney. One of the criteria of the judges was to provide a monumental central space and grand stair. This was accomplished by suspending a stair off of the adjacent balconies without the need for columns or vertical cable supports. The Albany County Judicial Center houses 4 trial court rooms, holding facilities, County Clerks Offices, and the District Attorneys offices.

I had the pleasure of working side by side with Mark Landon for several years. On a particularly large school project with a difficult client, Marks honesty, integrity, management and communication style were not only refreshing, but became a major contribution to the success of the project. Mark is serious about his management role in every project and places service to the client at the highest level. He is a hard worker and goes beyond to call of duty to complete his projects on time and within budget. Even as a strong Project Manager, he is a do whatever it takes kind of guy - in an effort to complete a project or task on time, he is willing to help with tasks often delegated to interns or administrative staff. His great depth of technical knowledge and attention to detail, along with his passion for sustainable design practices is evident in every step of the project. He is an excellent team leader and mentor, and can comfortably be trusted to successfully manage any size project. I highly recommend Mark to any firm looking for a highly experienced, trustworthy and solid Project Manager. October 16, 2011 Daniel Langer, Managing Principal, CSArch Architects|Engineers|Construction Managers, worked directly with Mark at CSArch
