hill Stations & beaches in India and other countries. This is an integrated Software
Packages like Room Allocation, Front Office, Salary Calculation, Loan, and Store. It
maintains Reservation of Hotel rooms, Rate of different Types of Rooms, Registration &
Billing to a Customer. It also maintains the attendance of hotel staffs. Its main features
are to check the availability of rooms, rate & modify or cancel any reservation, maintain
attendance details of employees, loan details as well as maintain the stock. This project
generates reports like monthly attendance report, salary report, pay slips, stock reports &
monthly profit report.

because the database is a central database from which other projects are also accessing
the data

The Project objective is to develop an Integrated Broadcast Management System

(IBMS), which provides an efficient System for Television Broadcast business. The
following are the various modules involved to cater their day-to-day business needs.
AMS (Advertisement Management System): Maintain all the information related to their
AD Agency, AD clients and their transactions such as AD Booking, Channel Rate card,
Telecasting Program Scheduling, Telecast Certificate generation. SMS (Subscriber
Management System): Manages all the Master Signal Operator, who has taken Channel
Signal. It keeps track the transaction such as agreements, View Cords distribution,
Decoder stock handling, Distributor commissions and subscription bills. LMS (Library
Management System): An automated solution to manage the AD, Movie songs and
various kinds of media Cassettes available in Library. It keeps track all the transactions
such as media issues, returns and alarm system for the missed or pending stocks and
interactive search engine to locate the cassettes. HRMS (Human Resource Management
System): Automates the employee’s recruitment, defining leave policies, employee’s
attendance employee reminders salary bills and Income tax handling etc .ICS (Inventory
Control System): Manages the item Indent, Purchase Quotation, Purchase Order,
Delivery Challan, Invoice and other stock position tracking system. FMS (Financial
Management System): An Integrated part of all the above modules, which consists of
channel wise budgeting for the various items. It consists of the transactions such as
budget estimation, payments, receipts and journal entry.

option, which allows buyers to purchase the item right away. In an online auction, the bidding
opens at the seller specifies and remains on eBay for a certain number of days. Buyers the place
bids on the item. When the listing ends, the buyer with the highest bid wins! In fixed price listings
that offer Buy It Now, the first buyer willing to pay the seller’s price gets the item.
The project is an enhancement to a feature available on eBay site known as Stores. The

Description : NYCM offers types of insurance products including Homeowner's

Insurance, Automobile Insurance, etc, rather than accepting all of the claims risk associated with
offering these types of products, NYCM transfers the risk to other insurance companies through a
practice called Re-Insurance. NYCM engages in several contracts with reinsures each year. Each
contract covers premiums and losses associated with major perils. Under the terms of a contract,
reinsurers agree to accept a certain percentage of losses associated with the perils covered in the
terms of the contract.
NYCM maintain accounts for this Re-insurance activity. Premium, loss, claim and
Contract information are maintained along with other essential data related to this business.
Calculations using each of these are performed to prorate information among contracts and
participants.
The main modules include Contracts, Re-Insurance, IBNR (Incurred but Not Reported).
