B. NI DUNG
1. Gii thiu tng qut v khch sn
1.1. Qu trnh hnh thnh v pht trin ca khch sn Hng Khng
1.1.1. Qu trnh hnh thnh v pht trin ca khch sn Hng Khng
Ngy nay, du lch tr thnh mt nhu cu thit yu ca con ngi, ngy
cng c nhiu ngi i du lch vi mc ch m rng hiu bit, tm nhn v giao
lu vi nhiu nn vn ha khc nhau. Nh chnh sch m ca, i mi ca ng
v Nh nc to iu kin thun li cho du lch Vit Nam pht trin.
Vo u thp k 90 ca th k XX, du lch Vit Nam c nhng bc chuyn
bin r rt v tr thnh ngnh kinh t mi nhn, quan trng trong nn kinh t ca
nc ta, ln u tin Vit Nam ban hnh php ln du lch v c ban ch o Nh
nc v du lch.

ng nhu cu cn thit v lu tr, dch v n ung v cc dch v khch cho du
khch.
Khch sn Hng Khng c thnh lp v xy dng vo thng 6 nm 1995,
trong giai on Vit Nam ang c xu hng pht trin mnh m v du lch. Nm
bt c nhu cu thc t ny, ban lnh o Cm Cng Hng Khng Min Trung
thi by gi quyt nh cho xy dng Khch sn Hng Khng trc thuc Cm
Cng Hng Khng Min Trung nay i tn thnh Tng Cng ty Cng Hng
Khng Min Trung. Thi k u l ch yu n khch ni b ca Cm Cng,
nhng vi v tr thun li, c s vt cht tt v c s chp thun ca cp trn
nn khch sn mnh dn u t khai thc ngun khch t bn ngoi. Ngy
nay, khch sn cng c c ngun khch di do, phong ph v cng tip
tc u t xy dng v ci to li khch sn vi y tin nghi sang trng,
tiu chun nhm n thm i tng khch Quc t.

Ta thy rng doanh thu khch sn lin tc tng. C th, nm 2009 tng
nhanh hn so vi nm 2008 l 5% tng ng vi lng tin l 206.000.000 ng ;
nm 2010 tng nhanh hn so vi nm 2009 l 1%, tng ng vi lng tin l
43.000.000 ng.
Trong doanh thu nm 2008 l thp nht, nguyn nhn l do trong nm
ny nc ta chu nh hng trc tip bi tnh hnh lm pht, suy thoi kinh t ton
cu lm suy gim lt khch du lch. Nhng thng cui nm li xut hin nhng
kh khn v thin tai, dch tai xanh ln, dch cm gia cm, iu ny nh hng
rt ln n vic i du lch ca khch, xu hng i du lch ca khch ngy cng
gim dn v nh vy, s lng khch n khch sn gim dn lm cho doanh thu
ca khch sn ca gim theo.
Tuy nhin, nm 2009 doanh thu ca khch sn c du hin kh quan hn.
c bit nm 2010 doanh thu t cao nht. Khch sn t c doanh thu trn
trc ht l do ng v Nh nc tm c gii php khc phc din bin xu
ca tnh kinh t, y li dch bnh, khc phc thin tai, to iu kin cho cc
ngnh ni chung v ngnh du lch ni ring pht trin hn.
Hn na, trong cc nm ny, cuc thi bn pho hoa Quc t t chc ti
Nng thu ht rt nhiu du khch trong nc v Quc t. ng thi, khch sn
la chn c phng thc kinh doanh thch hp, trin khai, thc hin cc hot
ng ng hng v ng mc tiu ra.
Nhng xt v mt chi ph, th chi ph nm 2009 l cao nht. C th, nm
2008 chi ph chim 84,25% tng doanh thu, nm 2009 chi ph chim 84,84% tng
doanh thu v nm 2010 chi ph chim 82,3% tng doanh thu.
Trong , nm 2009 lng chi ph b ra nhiu nht 3.654.000.000 ng, chi
ph nm 2009 tng l do trong nm ny khch sn phi b ra lng chi ph cho qu
trnh tu b, nng cp c s vt cht k thut v khch sn t chc nhiu hot ng
nhm qung b v thu ht khch. Tuy nhin, xt v hiu qu kinh doanh qua 3
nm, khch sn Hng Khng l mt n v kinh doanh c hiu qu.
Tng li nhun ca khch sn qua 3 nm tng, li nhun nm sau tng cao
hn nm trc. C th, nm 2009 tng so vi nm 2008 l 1,08% tng ng
tng 7.000.000 ng, nm 2010 tng so vi nm 2009 l 17,92% tng ng
tng 117.000.000 ng.
S d, li nhun tng l do khch sn s dng chnh sch gi ph hp
ng thi lng khch n khch sn tng v tiu dung nhiu sn phm ca khch
sn nn doanh thu tng b p c khon chi ph.
Nhng t kt qu cao hn trong qu trinh kinh doanh, khch sn cng
tit kim ti a cc loi chi ph nh: in, nc, sa cha trang thit b, gim
bt d tha ngun nhn lc. C nh th, khch sn mi ti a ha c li nhun
trong qu trnh kinh doanh v tin n t li nhun cao trong nhng nm tip
theo.

Nm 2008, ton khch sn bc i hc chim 5,13% tng ng vi 2 lao
ng, bc cao ng chim 33,33% tng ng vi 13 lao ng, bc trung cp chim
33,33% tng ng vi 13 lao ng, nghip v chim 28,21% tng ng vi 11 lao
ng. B phn lu tr bc i hc chim 9,52% tng ng vi 2 lao ng, bc cao
ng chim 52,38% tng ng vi 11 lao ng, bc trung cp chim 23,81%
tng ng vi 5 lao ng, nghip v chim 14,29% tng ng vi 3 lao ng. B
phn n ung bc i hc chim 0% tng ng vi 0 lao ng, bc cao ng chim
16,76% tng ng vi 2 lao ng, bc trung cp chim 66,67% tng ng vi 8

chim 54,17% tng ng vi 13 lao ng, bc trung cp chim 25% tng ng vi
16 lao ng, nghip v chim 8,33% tng ng vi 2 lao ng. B phn n ung
bc i hc chim 17,65% tng ng vi 3 lao ng, bc cao ng chim 23,53%
tng ng vi 4 lao ng, bc trung cp chim 58,82% tng ng vi 10 lao ng,
nghip v chim 0% tng ng vi 0 lao ng. Cc dch v b sung khng c
nhn vin no c cp bc i hc, trung cp, bc cao ng chim 11,11% tng
ng vi 1 lao ng, nghip v chim 88,89% tng ng vi 8 lao ng.

Qua 3 nm, nng sut lao ng nm 2008 cao nht so vi 2009, 2010. Nng
sut lao ng gim dn qua cc nm nguyn nhn l do doanh thu qua cc nm
tng chm m s lng lao ng li tng cao qua cc nm.
Nng sut lao ng bnh qun ton khch sn 2009 gim 10,95 % so vi
nm 2008 tng ng gim 11523,4 ngn ng. Nguyn nhn l do:
Nng sut lao ng b phn lu tr cu khch sn nm 2009 so vi 2008
gim 4,69%, tng ng gim 3800,41 ngn ng.
Nng sut lao ng b phn n ung cu khch sn nm 2009 so vi 2008
gim 18,77%, tng ng gim 21040 ngn ng.
Nng sut lao ng b phn dch v b sung ca khch sn nm 2009 so
vi 2008 gim 27,54%, tng ng gim 26925 ngn ng.
Nng sut lao ng bnh qun ca khch sn 2010 gim 7,09 % so vi nm
2009 tng ng gim 6630,4 ngn ng. Nguyn nhn l do:
Nng sut lao ng b phn lu tr cu khch sn nm 2010 so vi 2009
tng 10,49 %, tng ng tng 8112,32 ngn ng.
Nng sut lao ng b phn n ung cu khch sn nm 2010 so vi 2009
gim 11,32%, tng ng gim 10305 ngn ng.
Nng sut lao ng b phn dch v b sung ca khch sn nm 2010 so
vi 2009 gim 24,76%, tng ng gim 17542 ngn ng.

Qua biu ch s thi v khch sn Hng Khng qua 3 nm ta thy rng
ma chnh v ca khch sn ri vo thng 5, 6, 7 trong nm. Nguyn nhn l do
Thnh ph Nng l thnh ph du lch bin, lng khch n vi thnh ph
trong nhng thng ny tng vt tri. Bn cnh , thnh ph Nng c
nhng chnh sch, v t chc nhiu s kin thc y s pht trin ca du lch
thnh ph. iu ny lm cho lng khch n vi thnh ph Nng ni
chung v kch sn ni ring tng mnh. Ma tri v ca khch sn ri vo thng
11 cho n thng 2 nm sau. Nguyn nhn l do khong thi gian ny l ma ma,
thi tit bt li lm cho lng khch du lch n vi Nng cng nh khch sn
gim.

Qua qua trnh nghin cu v tm hiu, nhm nhn thy vn lao ng v
tin lng trong doanh nghip du lch l mt ti mang tnh thc tin cao, gp
phn ci thin nng sut lao ng nhm ti a ha li nhun trong doanh nghip.
Bn cnh , gip chng em c th hiu thm c phn no tnh cht cng vic
trong tng lai.
Do thi gian nghin cu ti: Phn tch thng k lao ng v tin lng
ca khch sn Hng Khng cn hn ch, nn cn mt s sai st, kh khn trong
qu trnh lm bi. Rt mong s chnh sa v ng gp kin ca cc thy c,
chng em c th lm tt hn trong nhng bi tp sau, cng nh chuyn v kha
lun sp n.
Nhm chng em xin chn thnh cm n cc c Cao Th Cm Hng v
Nguyn Trn Thy n tn tnh ging dy v hng dn, gip chng em hon
thnh tt ti ca mnh.
