    MED Haemat MED Cardio

    Admitted for 2nd course of chemotherapy Referred from Haemat - for ECHO ECHO done, results showed infiltrated lesion around the heart reduces in size from 1.8cm x 3.2cm to 1.8cm x 0.8cm PET-CT done before scheduled BMT: Bilateral lungs are clear Lesion around the heart reduces in size Right chest mass still persists BM x 1L obtained for autoBMT

    Started 7-day chemotherapy to eradicate Pts BM

    Admit into isolation ward Close monitoring Close monitoing of vitals Vasopressor support prn

    Pt suddenly develop fever and low BP in the morning (80/40) Planned BM infusion today Have to r/o sepsis urgently

    Fever subsided and Bp stable Continue with BM infusion

    Keep close monitoing of vitals Daily CBP, transfuse if unsatisfactory CBP improvement Septic workup if any signs of infection Stool culture for infective diarrhoea

    MED Haemat Pt complained of abdominal pain and diarrhoea P/E done:

    Culture results back: +ve for resistant bacteria

    Start 2nd line antibiotics Strict practice of isolation rule

    Split red lentils / Chicken/vegetable stock Onion Celery Leek Carrot Ground cumin White wine vinegar Salt and black pepper Olive oil Croutons

    1 cups 6 cups 1, cubed 2 cup, chopped 1, chopped 1, cubed tbps 1 sp. little little little
