Features: -Underground Parking structure for 100 spaces -70 ft high atrium space -Site grade (115) caused a retaining wall to be placed on Beaver Ave Hotel Entrance (8 ft high from road) Advantage: Noise from Beaver Ave controlled Disadvantage: more expensive for excavation
