1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This service item Field Drive Test for Optimization is a general service item not
belonging to any project packages as such. It gives a description of what is
required for drive testing.
The scope of work includes the following:

Drive test Measurements

Coverage Benchmarking with other GSM operators

2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT

2.1

Implementation of the project

NSN requires the Supplier have the capacity in terms of hardware and software tools
resources, technical expertise, manpower resources and financial means to proceed
to the required drive-testing campaign.

2.2

Project Duration
The project duration is 6 months maximum.

2.3

Project Scope
The activities will cover the all country. List of Roads, Cities, Localities and Towns
will be provided.

3. PROCESS




NSN will provide the inputs (Roads, Localities, and Cities)

Drive test measurements will be performed to verify the coverage in the area. At the same time,
benchmarking with other operators will be performed simultaneously.
Another Drive test will be performed after implementation of changes either in antenna
configuration or parameter configuration in order to improve the coverage.

4. SCOPE OF WORK
