The house is made of wood

In our modern times, it is probably the most easyest and fastest way to build a house out of wood. Wood can be very easily bought or taken into a mill to get the wood shaped as you wish. Wood is the most flexible material out of all the available building materials for a house. It is not suggested that you build a wooden house more thant 2 stories. Also wood is warm, i would definetly want a wooden house. But there are down sides also, IF your house should ever catch fire then there probably would not be anything to save, stone houses can catch fire but stone does not burn down so you can rebuild it. Also wood has to be made very resistand to moisture, otherwise the wood will become very fragile, and the house will become unstable. Also wooden houses feel more natural. The foundation of the house has to be made of stone ( Fibo stones or concrete is the most common)

The main problem of the wooden house is moisture, so when you are placing the plumming and other pipes it has to be made shure that you have taken some action against the moisture that comes from there, ususally it is some bitumen to seperate the moisture from the wood. When the wooden framing is complete, wind resistance plates are placed on the outside of the house, after that wool has to be placed on the inside and then covered up with steam resistance paper. After that you can choose what you want: dry wall, wood etc. Wood is probably the most popular because it suits everything! In wet rooms, like the bathroom there cant be no dry wall so probably it would be the best to make that room out of stone and then probably cover it with plates. If i ever build my own house i would definetly make it out of wood, because stone houses are cold and glass houses are to visable. Puidust maja peamine probleem on niiskus, kui paigaldatakse torustikku, peab kindlasti midagi niiskuse vastu ette vtma ( mis tuleb nagu torudest), tavaliselt on selleks mingi bituumen mis eraldab puidu niiskuse eest. Kui puit karkass on paigas, tuule tkke plaadid on maja vlisseina poole kinnitatud, peale seda kui vill on paigas ( seestpoolt) pannakse aurutke peale. Peale seda saad sa valida mida sa tahad : kips plaati, puitu jne. Puit on arvatavasti kige populaarsem, sest ta sobib iga asjaga ! Mrgades ruumides, nagu vannituba ei saa paigaldada kips plaati, arvatavasti oleks parim lahendus see ruum kividest lappida ja prast plaatida. Kui ma kunagi endale maja ehitan siis ma kindlasti teeksin selle puidust, sest kivi majad on klmad ja klaasist majad on liiga avatud. NB! Tegin mned parandused ka inglise keelses tekstis
