Carrier (France) Air Cooled Screw Chiller Model: 30XA1102, operating on refrigerant R134a, rated to deliver an actual cooling capacity of 914 KW at an ambient temperature of 46 Deg C and chilled water leaving/entering temperatures of 6.7 / 12.2 Deg C. The fouling factor considered is 0.0180 Sqm deg K / KW. Carrier (Saudi) - 39FX Series, Eurovent Certified make Air Handling Units constructed out of 50mm thick sandwich insulated panels comprising 40Kg/m3 density, Polyurethane Insulation, 0.6mm thick Galvanised Steel Internal and External Prepainted Sheet, G.I. frame work. Please note that our offer does not include any options/ accessories other than those clearly stated above and/or in the enclosures to this offer. We request you to kindly check the offer carefully and advise us if any other options are required to be provided to enable us submit our revised offer. VFD for the fans (if required), thyristor controls for heaters, sound attenuators, control panel for the AHU, electrical cabling and earthing, terminations, etc., are NOT included in our scope. PAYMENT : 100% by way of confirmed & irrevocable LC payable at sight. VALIDITY: 30 days from the date hereof and thereafter subject to our written confirmation. DELIVERY : 12 to 14 weeks from the date of confirmed order and receipt of approved MAS / clearance of shop drawing. MAS shall be submitted within one week of receipt of order by us. Kindly note that exact delivery period can be confirmed at time of placing the order based on the Carrier factory holidays for Ramadan ( Saudi factory) / Spring holidays ( France factory). WARRANTY : The equipment is warranted free from manufacturing defects and bad workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of supply, whichever ends earlier. The warranty is, however, null and void in case of misuse, damage, burnouts due to extreme voltage fluctuations, and in case repairs are carried out without our prior written approval. Please note that as a matter of policy, the manufacturer DOES NOT offer any warranty against corrosion and as such, our offer does not include any warranty against corrosion. ....4
