Post must be created Working since 1992 in the office of C.A the R/S Your kind attention is required on the subject noted above. The offices in this office working since 1992 has no chance of promotions as there are no openings of the higher grads/promotion after reading at the maximum of their pay scales. It is requested the above mentioned problem of government Employees offices may kindly be solved and the post must be created at the earliest to solve rid of frustration of G.E and up Gradation of the senior officers / moveover Proposed Grad scale for the offices in the chief Architect office this office. in BPS 17. we did not get promotions as there is no post of Architect in (BPS 18 -19) in

The consulting Architect Office Was Establish in1953 to provide Architectural Services to the entire govt: department in sindh province With the building basic requirement given by the concern department the line plan prepared by the concerned Architect with the building code / Rules After getting approval with amendments/changes etc from the competitive authority i.e. secertry of administration department. The line plan is forwarded to the chief engineer buildings to prepare the Rough cost estimate and PCI. After approval from secretary with the release of funds to the chief Engr bldgs then Chief architect office is to require make detail architectural drawings of the said scheme. The line plan after passing through complete procedure from administration approval along with the release of funds to chief Engineer Buildings then the Architect Office is required to prepared detail drawings which includes location plan purpose Since the creation/ birth of this office named as CONSULTING ARCHITECT (BPS 19) OFFICE BUILDING DEPARTMENT now renamed/re designated with up gradation of the post as CHIEF ACHITECT(BPS- 20) OFFICE BUILDINGS WORKS AND SERVICES DEPARTMENT HYDERABAD . It is submitted that the detail line plan with dimensions site plan , sections , elevation of different sides and other

special detail if required to the filed officers for the Execution

strength of the offices and officials formulated at the time of the creation of this office according to the Quantum of work i.e. CONSULTING ARCHITECT (BPS 19) ARCHITECT ASSISTANT Architectural Assistant (BPS 18) 1 NO 1 NO 5 NOS

By the time After 50 years the numbers of the government Departments Quantum of work / Quality of work and the Advancement of new Technology etc, It is Required to Reconsider the Formation revision of the Old organogram of this office Now as the Consulting Architect office is re- designated as Chief Architect (BPS-20) Work and Services in 2008 and now required to upgrade/promote did increase in the strength of officers those are mentioned above it is further pointed out that officers working in bs 18. it also require to upgrade the whole office staff Promoted and increase in strength of there office staff which is mentioned above IT is further pointed out that the officers working in BPS18 have more then 15 years in same scale and in the same way the officers in BPS 17)is working since 15 -19 years in same scale with out getting any promotions / move over or any financial benefits ,where as the officers in relevant cader ( there batch mate in other departments) are enjoying their promotion, seniority and other facilities as per entitlement . It is submitted that the promotions of the officers who are working in the Chief Architect Office Works and Services may kindly be considered sympathetically so that the greievnes( unfairness, cause of distress ) may be rectified may be work out

requested that if the consulting Architect(BPS19)

The dismantling of the upper part of the structure i.e 20 (1 1/2 storeg) may result into hazardous condition w.r.t to stability of the adjoining structures, damage to electrical & sewerage system etc. upon testing the strength of the existing structure through sehmith hammer, it transpires that the structure is strong and stable, whereas if the extra floors are dismantle it may cause damage to the existing structure as well as adjoining buildings and services on the other hand N.0.C.S have been issued by the cantonment board for similar hight to the other parties. As such, the hight of existing structure (B-16) will not effect the aesthics of the entire area with respect to elevations etc. hence in my opinion it will be feasible to let the structure remain in original status w.r.t to height of the building.
