SCENARIO
*Activities should be done in a mass group*

An old man was walking under a construction site, eating at the same time. He suddenly had a heart attack, also called cardiac arrest and passed out. You will then ask students to assess danger of environment whether to move casualty/ is it safe for first-aider (themselves) to approach casualty and apply first-aid if needed. Then you can say that assume the old man has no injuries on body. You ask them can I continue.? If they say yes, remind them that they have forgot the fact that the guy was eating and might be choking and airway may be blocked even though he has fainted. Apply chest thrust, etc. to let casualty cough out blockage and apply CPR if necessary, when casualty still unconscious. Then after that you can ask a few volunteers to come up to test their knowledge and then from there they can practice in front of all the other cadets and learn in a whole group.
