Purpose,$cope,Objective

The purpose oI the project is to analyze the requirements oI, design, implement,
and maintain the record oI the project Ior Ducat India Pvt. Ltd. The Project also
remind the Student about the time in which they need to Iinish the project.

General Objectives:
1. The student will understand the requirements Ior the content oI a project
management plan.

2. The student will be able to write a plan Ior a small project according to an
established standard

. The student will understand the role oI the manager in each phase oI the
soItware development liIe-cycle








Requirement Analysis

Existing System:-

O %he Existing system consist of insert,update and delete
module.
O %he Existing system consist of Administrator and $tudent
login.
O %he Existing system does not contains the option of %ime
Management.
O %he Existing system does not contain Version Control.

Proposed System:-

O %he Proposed system contains Version Control.
O %he Proposed system contains Report Generation.
O %he Proposed system consist of Administrator,$tudent and
Project Manager login.
O %he Proposed system contains %ime Management Option.

Functionality

1. INSERT :- %he insert module is used to insert new entry for project.A new
user can be registered using this functionality by the admimistrator or by
Project Manager.A user has to fill the before he could register.

2. UPDATE :- %he update module is used to change the details of the user,if a
user some entered the wrong Details it could be updated using Update
Module.

. DELETE :- %he delete module is used to delete the details of a particular
user.$uppose if a user finished the finished the project and it's details is of no
use for us.We can delete his details using delete module.

4. SEARCH :- %he search module is used to search a particular user.By using
their d Number we can search the particular user and have their details also.

5. REPORT :- %he report generation module provide us feature to see the
record of all the user presently available in the database.%he report module
create the table of record for all the user and give the information of all the
user available in the system.

6 VERSION CONTROL:- %he version control module provide us the
feature of version.We can have different version of a project depending upon
a requirement.%he Version control feature also give us the state of project
according to time.
