NOW, TFIEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED (P421,300.00) Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by the VENDEE and the VENDOR hereby TRANSFERRED, CEDED and
SOLD in favor of the VENDEE the said portion of the aforementioned proper[y. The VENDOR hereby warrants his rights and interest over the absolute land described with full right to dispose the same that henceforth, all his rights and interest shall pertain to the VENDEE.
