n to the end of the post below: Up date regarding to appointment for 34540 trained teachers On 7-12-2010 government of Bihar put merit list of 34540 trained teachers in honorable Supreme Court .supreme court was not satisfied with this list Supreme Court ordered to the government of Bihar to prepare a new list. Judge Altamash kabir and judge H.L..dattu has directed government of Bihar to prepare a new merit list . This merit list was consists of 34540 teachers. Judges ordered to prepare panel of total 123000 applicants. The prepared merit list was consist of 3categories Urdu ,Physical trained and General subject but now a general panel will be prepared by government of Bihar . Besides this there were many errors in the panel. In case of some selected candidates there was difference of only 5 years between date of birth and date of qualifying examination. There were another many errors in the merit list. To judge bench of Supre

me Court has ordered to eradicate these errors to government of Bihar.

Next date for hearing is 19th January 2011.

Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna (BSSC Patna) is going to recruit 34540 Assistant Teachers on the basis of merit List according to advertisement number 210/2010. According to sources of BSSC Patna total 1, 25,000 applications are received for this recruitment. Scrutiny work has been performed. Options of district were required for posting of these assistant teachers. So that, BSSC, Patna had demanded options of three district preferable for candidates. Candidates had to give their district option up to 14 August 2010. Meanwhile scrutiny work of applications has been performed. According to some sources district allotment will be performed by BSSC up to

26August 2010 and on 27 August 2010 Merit list will be published on the website and accordingly appointment letter for Assistant teachers will be issued before 07.09.2010 probably on teacher,s day 05 September 2010. Today on 27.08.2010 at anytime the merit list of 34540 teachers will be published and, if whole merit list is not published today, then rest part of this will be published tomorrow on 28.08.2010. According to fresh update today on 28.08.2010 merit list will be published today in evening. Yesterday merit list was nut prepared fully. The preparation work will be performed today and up to evening it will be publish. Possibly in merit list of 34540 Assistant teachers, candidates up to session 1992-94 are selected in General Category. According to fresh update today on 29.08.2010 as printed in newspapers and spoken by the Anjani Kr. Sinha, the secretary of HRD, Govt. of Bihar, Assistant teachers will be appointed within one week. Preparation work of district wise final merit list is about to come at its end. After that teachers will be appointed. Latest Update On 27 Nov 2010 Govt. of Bihar has gone to the Honorable Supreme Court of India in the matter related to appointment of 34540 trained teachers .during hearing, honorable Supreme Court of India has expressed annoyances over Govt. of Bihar on this matter for delaying. Govt of Bihar has demanded time of four weeks to prepare merit list of 34540 trained candidates. It is notable that Supreme Court has already given time of four weeks previously to the Govt of Bihar. Now Supreme Court has said that he is giving time of five weeks in place of four weeks but this time he wants to see the final merit list of 34540 trained teachers, otherwise Chief Secretary of Bihar will be called next time.

Supreme Court has asked that how much time Bihar Govt wants and for how much time the candidates will have to wait

for appointment. It is said again and again that preparation of merit list is in process. There is a limitation of everything and you are crossing the limitation.

Honorable Supreme Court of India warned strictly the Govt. of Bihar on this matter. Supreme court has ordered govt. of Bihar to present merit list of

34540 trained teachers and postponed the hearing up to 7th Dec 2010 on this matter.

In this panel in General Category candidates up to session 1984-86 become able to get place and in OBC ,SC

and ST categories all candidates have found place.Government of Bihar will give one copy of panel to petitioners. It is well known that on 30th December govt of bihar has to present before honorable supreme court of India .

According to fresh update about appointment of 34540 trained teachers in Bihar honorable Supreme Court has directed Government of Bihar to prepare three merit lists of trained candidates. In the first list there will be name of eligible candidates. In the second list there will be name of such candidates who will retire within one year and in the third list name of such candidates will be included who has passed teachers training course from fake institutions.

It is notable that V.A Mohanti has requested to quit from this case because of private concerning, who was appointed arbitrator by two judge (Altamas Kabir and H. L. Dattu) bench of Supreme court. Now Supreme Court has asked Judge Amrendra Sahai to take responsibilities of arbitrator.

Update: Government of Bihar has already handed over all of 3 merit lists to honorable supreme court of India.
