2.2 Client Mannual Upgrade


When client software don't match the server software, it will through the upgrade servers to upgrade to the version with server matching.

The client manual upgrade is through client setup download tools to download a client installation package, by installing of its kits to complete the client to upgrade.
1.Find "Cms Clientin the program " and click start Client Cms Download

3. Input server address (public network IP), through the "change" button to modify download path,then click "download 4.It will have related message when download is completed.When download is successful, tips are shown as below.

5. After download successful, point "ok", then it will directly run the installer, and open installation package download folder.

3. Management Tools Instruction


3.1 User login
1. Double-click the icon of manage tool on the desktop ,into CMS manage tool login screen.

When enterprise user to login on CMS management tool that the screen is user management one,it will show the user's information of enterprises in the screen.

To modified (or add) user group, It has 3 kinds of operation mode 1. Selected user groups which to modify , right-click menu to select modification 2. Selected user groups which to modify and click modify button; 3. Selected user groups which to modify and double-click the mouse.

PS. Here in "the permissions options and enterprise information

management" in the company are corresponding. For example,the company called HK user management "without" permissions, then add user groups, in permission list also won't appear "user management" this option

3.4 Storage Plan


Click the menu bar "storage plans to enter its screen.

The client runs on Windows 2000 / XP/Vista operating platform. Interface friendly humanmachine conversation type application anytime for users provide real-time monitoring, remote control and system management functions.

4.1 System introduction

CMS client can realize the wireless remote real-time video monitoring, GPS map location, vehicle history movement track playback, speech interphone, alarm linkage, remote video storage, remote download video, remote video playback, vehicle regional management, equipment remote upgrade, etc.

Default Setup When user exit, client CMS can save the setup have been modified, when login next time, the main system will enter the switched one automatic.

4.2 Vehicle Inquiry


Setup user operated vehicle info, Users can only operate authorized vehicle. When changing device license, should update authorizing device lists. Device Online or Offline Vehicle lists code, Green shows vehicle online, Gray shows vehicle not on line. When vehicle login, the system updates the vehicle condition automatically.

CMS clients can have surveillance to the vehicles video in the left list 1. When login, only display the online, with authorizing vehicles list, select video mode, as below:

4.4 GPS fix position


Via CMS,user can survielance the vehicles, at the same time, displaying vehicles position on the map. CMS supports Google and Mapinfo maps,user just insert the needed map. 4.5 Listening and Speaking


CMS clients can monitor the vehicle and the intercom. Listening Right-click in the vehicle list to monitor the vehicle, the menu that appears, select "start listening."

4.6 Real-time Video Recording To real-time video recording, we can select a particular vehicle access node, right-click in the menu that appears, select "start recording" button.

4.9 Alarm

4.11 Remote Control Vehicles


CMS clients can be the vehicle power supply circuit and control switch, you can also send text messages to the vehicle. Right-click the vehicle, as shown below the menu that appears.
