Sponsorship Proposal Techtics'11 on 29th-30th October, 2011 at Iqra University, Islamabad Campus

Introduction
Techtics is an annual event of Iqra University Islamabad Campus (IUIC), organized solely by the students. We are expecting around 1500 who will attend this function and around 400 active participants. The event consists of two major types of competitions; Technical Extracurricular The prime focus of the event is to promote technological advances and provide students and other academia a platform to meet industrial representatives and share their experiences. This will develop an industrial liaison which will help the job seekers and fresh undergraduate students to have some contacts in their respective industry. The competition will ensure students to be motivated towards their goals.

Events
The technical area covers competitions such as; Speed programming Engineering problem solving Mobile software development Logic designing (speed wiring) Capture the flag (network security) Extracurricular activities will be;
E-Gaming Debate Video Making Battles of the Bands Photography

The further details of the events shall be provided later but well before time. In the closing ceremony, there will be a seminar on the topic of Next Generation Technology and Entrepreneurship, where our notable guests (mention on the next page) will tell the audiences where we except to stand in next few years.

Industry and Educational Institutions Participation

The event will be attended by many renowned industries. PurePush, Renzym and Reengineering With Research (RWR) are few of the many industries which have confirmed their participation. Students and faculty members of many educational institutions will also participate and compete in the event. Most of the institutions in Islamabad and Rawalpindi have been invited. VIPs Invitation
To increase the impact of the event, we have invited some notable names in both the industry and academia. To start with, we will welcome Secretary Ministry of I.T., Dr. Syed Ismail Shah (Member Telecom Ministry of I.T.), Dr. Muhammad Mansoor Ahmad from M.A.J.U. IEEE Islamabad Section, Dr. Shoaib A. Khan (CASE), Dr. Saeed ,Dr. Arshad Ali (SEECS & IEEE Islamabad Section Student Activities) and Dr. Aftab Maroof (NUCES). On-site product display and sales opportunities for your company. Your company will be allowed 5 individuals inside the campus to promote your business. Exclusive VIP stall (15 15) and banner next to center stage.

Gold Sponsorship (Rs 100,000):

Logo of your company on all banners and certificates. Link and logo of your company on the events website. Four banners of your company on the day of the event. On-site product display and sales opportunities for your company. Your company will be allowed 10 persons inside the campus to promote your business. Logo of your company on the Rostrum of the opening and closing ceremonies. You or one of your representatives will be the chief guest at the closing ceremony and will distribute prizes among the students. You or one of your representatives will be given time to speak at the closing ceremony. Exclusive VIP stall (15 20) and banner next to center stage.

About the Organizers

IEEE Iqra University Student Branch was founded in May, 2011. It is a student run organization which promotes the interests of undergraduate and graduate students on campus. We host educational and recreational events, coordinate opportunities to meet with corporate representatives, and facilitate networking between fellow engineers and students of other discipline. As a first step, the students of IUIC organized a one day competition event for Iqra University students on 19th May, 2011, which proved to be a successful event. Now this time, with your help, we plan to organize a two day inter university mega event by the end of October which will consist of both educational and recreational events.
