The Actual Birth Monthof MessiahBy D. J.

Love, Minister, TSN, SBCRefined 12-25-2 002Please be aware that although there has been much controversy concerningthe y ears of births, deaths, and the reigns of various kings, and governors, this inno way alters the months in which the following events took place.Luke 2:2-8, 21-24 (KJV)1 And it came to passin those days (The Age of Caesar Augustus),thatthere w ent out a decree from(Octavian) Caesar Augustus (Click),thatall the (Roman) worl d should be taxed (not just the Jews).2(And this taxing[assessment/enrollment]wa sfirst (originally)madewhen(while) Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)3 Andall went to be taxed (enrolled/assessed), every one into hisowncity (according to Tribe. See Joshua chapter 15).4 And Joseph, also, went upfrom Galilee (far north), out of the city of Nazareth, intoJudea (Herod's southern jurisdiction), unto the c ity of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house andlineage of David:)(Tribe of Judah)5 To be taxed(enrolled or assessed)with Mary(Miryam)h is espousedwife, beinggreat with child (final stage of pregnancy).6 And so it wa s, that, while they were there, the days wereaccomplished that she should be deli vered.7 And she brought forthherfirstborn son, and wrapped him inswaddling cloth es, and laid him in a manger; because there was noroom for them in the inn. 8 And there were in the same country shepherds abidingin the field(also going to their own city with their property/flock),keeping watch over their flock (taxab le property) by night (Not a windy COLD & WETwinter's night). Some recent records in Israel include: November 27th 2004, Record snow is Israel.December 19th 2004, Coldest in 50 years in Israel(Continued)Israel is located, between 29-33 north of the equator. _ The rainy season extends from October to early May,but therainfal l PEAKS in December throughFebruary.Humidity is usually in the 90% range all the time.Song of Songs2:1111 For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone ; _ The average low temperature for the whole month of December in Bethlehem(Sou th)is 42F at night, and39F for Nazareth(North)at night; this does notinclude a soa king wet nighttime windchill factor. _ Shepherds do not watch or expose their fl ocks orthemselves to these conditions, and neither do pregnantwomen on donkeys. _ If Messiah Yahshua had been born on December 25th. Joseph wouldnothave departe d for Egyptuntil after February 4th(forty plus days later)after Mary's(Miryam's) purification was completedandthey had made their sin and burnt offerings. The av erage night timelow at this time in Bethlehemwould be acold and wet 39F with amuch lower windchillfactor; Nazareth wo uld beeven colder. These are poor travelling conditionsfor anyone on foot or don key, much less for or with a newborn baby.Shepherds aren't stupideither.Luke 2:2 1-24 (Continued)21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was calledYAHSHUA, which was so named of theangel(messenger of YHWH)before he was conceived in the womb.22 And when thedays of her purifica tionaccording to the law of Moses were accomplished(40 days later),they brought him toJerusalem (colder and north from Bethlehem),to present him toYHWH;23 (As i t is written in the law of the YHWH, Every male that openeththe womb[First Born] shall be called Holy to YHWH;)24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that whic h is said in the law of YHWH, Apair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.Levitic us 12:1-81 And YHWH spoke unto Moses, saying,2 Speak unto the children of Israel , saying,If a woman haveconceived seed, and born a man child:then she shall beun cleanseven days;according to the days of the separation for her infirmityshallsh e be unclean (not pure).3 Andin theeighth daythe flesh of his foreskinshall beci rcumcised.4 Andshe shall then continue in the blood of her purifying threeand th irty days(40 days total); she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the s anctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled. 5 But if she be ar a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, asin her separation: and s he shall continue in the blood of her purifyingthreescore and six days(80 days t otal is twice that of a male).6 Andwhen the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a bur ntoffering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the doo r of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:7 Who shall offer it be fore YHWH, and make an atonement for her;and she shall be cleansed from the issu

e of her blood. This is the lawfor her that hath born a male or a female.8 And if she benot ableto bring a lamb, then she shall bringtwoturtledoves,or two young p igeons;the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonementfor her, and she shall be clean. _ Because this wa s aRomanTAXATION(Enrollment/Assessment)that was proclaimed prior to the assessme nt period, ALL Jews would have alreadyreturned to their TRIBAL city(Joshua Chapt er15)in time for the TAXATION(Assessment)on or about September 2nd(year not impo rtant). _ Therefore, Mary(Miryam), Joseph, and child wouldnothave stayed inBethl ehem any more than 40 daysafterthe birth of Yahshua. That would beseven days for her issue of blood, the eighth day for Yahshua's circumcision, and the eight day was, also, the first day of her final thirty-three days of purification. Thus the day after forty days from the Messiah's birth they(nowconsidered "Clean")dep arted northfrom Bethlehem to Jerusalem(for sin &burnt offerings), and then escap ed to Egypt(where they remained for morethan two years).I really donot believeth at itwas winter timeyet(when all of this occurred),even after more than forty da ys in Bethlehem plus their short trip toJerusalem. Why?Because travelling by nigh t in the winter would have beena horrible experience for anyone on foot or donke y, especially with a baby.Additionally, ALL assessments, whether grain, fruit, s heep or other form of property assessment(except money)would out of necessity n eed to betransferred and placed intostorage areaspriorto the settling in of wint er,which is when they would be needed. Matthew 2:12-2312 And being warned by G-d in a dream that they(the Wise men) s houldnot return to Herod, they departedinto their own countryanother way.13 And w hen they(the Wise men) were departed, behold, the angel(messenger)of the LORD ap peareth to Joseph in a dream, saying,Arise, and take the young child and his mot her, andflee into Egypt(from Judea /Jerusalem / Bethlehem),and be thou there unt il I bring theeword: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egyp t:15 And was there(Egypt)until thedeath of Herod: that it might befulfilled whic h was spoken of YHWH by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my(first appointed)son.16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men,was e xceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children thatwere in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years oldand under, according to the tim ewhich he had diligently enquiredof the wise men (a period of two years).17 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet,saying,18 In Rama w as there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, andgreat mourning, Rachel weep ing for her children, and would not becomforted, because they are not.19 Butwhen Herod was dead, behold, an angel(Messenger)of YHWH appeareth in a dream to Josep hin Egypt,20 Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young childslife.21 And he arose, and took the young child and his mother, and cameinto the land of Israel .22 But when he heard thatArchelausdid reign(beginning 1 BC)inJudea in the room of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there:notwithstanding, being warned by G -din a dream,he turned asideinto the parts of Galilee:23 Andhe cameanddweltin a city calledNazareth:that it might befulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene. _ When Assyria conquered Jerusalem, the Jewish people became their property( slaves), and as such were required to pay taxes to and/or work for their Assyria n conquerors. Later, when the Assyrians were conquered by theRomans, both the As syrians and their Jewish slaves were required to paytaxes to Rome. These tax ass essments took placeat leasttwice during thethirty-seven year period in question and on theanniversaryof theBattle of Actium;which took placeON September 2nd. 31 BC. _ NowHerod died (Click)approximately1BC (current estimate)some timeafter a January lunar eclipse, but prior to the Passover (March/April). ThusThe Messiah must have been born approximately3 to 4 BC,at least twoyears prior to Herod s d eath, because Herod had all the children in Judeafrom two years and less murdere d(Matthew 2:16). However, it isnot theyearthat is so very important, but theanni versarydate of September 2ndin which month the Roman taxing(Enrollment/Assessmen t)occurred on theanniversaryof theBattle of Actium.Note:September 2, 1 BC on the Julian Calendar is actuallyAugust 31, 1 BC on the present day Gregorian Calenda

r. ThusMessiah would have been bornvery earlyin September (1 BC).There isno zero BC or zeroAD. . While Messiah may have been born on the "Day of Atonement"(Yom K ippur), BUT sincethe symbolism is so Spiritually extreme, I believe he was borno n the first day of "Sukkat"(Succoth in a three sided Sukkah)andcircumcised seven days later on "The Last Great Day of Sukkat"(eighth day of Succoth). Three mont hs later it would become 1 AD.Antiquities of the Jews - Book XVIIIBy Josephus, a Renoun Jewish Historian. CHAPTER 1.(Selections)1. Now "CYRENIUS"(Quirinius), a Roman senator, and one w ho had gonethrough other magistracies, and had passed through them till he had b eenconsul, and one who, on other accounts, was of great dignity, came at thistim e into SYRIA, with a few others, being sent by Caesar to be a judge of that nati on, and to take anaccount of their substance.Coponius also, a manof the equestri an order, was sent together with him, to have thesupremepower over the Jews.More over, "CYRENIUS" came himself into JUDEA,which was nowadded to the province of S YRIA, to take an account of their (JEWS)substance, and to dispose of (Herod s so n) Archelaus sMoney;(after Herod s death and Archelaus s removal)but the Jews, a lthough at the beginning they took the report of a (nother) TAXATION(Enrollment/ Assessment)heinously, yet did they leave off any further opposition to it, by th e persuasion of Joazar, who was the son of Beethus, and high priest; so they, bei ng over-persuaded by Joazar s words, gaveanaccount of their estates(tribal prope rty inheritances),without any disputeabout it.CHAPTER 2.(Selections)1. When "CYR ENIUS" had now disposed of Archelaus sMoney, andwhen the TAXINGS(Enrollments/Asse ssments)were come to aCONCLUSION, which were made in thethirty-seventh year (on theAnniversary )of CAESAR S VICTORY over MARK ANTHONY atACTIUM, . . .Conclusion sEVIDENCE:* Luke sTAXATIONwas then an event that took place during a year on the Anniversaryof the historic"Battle of Actium", which took place onSeptember 2, 31 B.C. ;This completely rules out the month of Decemberin any year on any calenda r (Julian, Gregorian or Hebrew). It is interesting tonote thatTishri 1(Rosh Hasha nah or Trumpets)is equivalent toAugust 30, 1 BC (Julian),andAugust 28, 1 BC(Gregorian).* SinceTaxation, and the"Battle of A ctium" bothoccurred onSeptember2; and SinceALLJews left for their Own City (Trib al City)so as to be present for the TAXATION according to The Decree Of Caesar, TheMessiah s Birthday would have had to Coincide within thesame annualtime frame as the Hebrew Holy Days of The "FEAST OF TRUMPETS"(Rosh Hashanah), the "DAY OF A TONEMENT"(Yom Kippur), the "FEASTof BOOTHS"(Succoth or Sukkat), and the "LAST GR EAT DAY"(Also,Succoth). Allof whichoccur betweenthe last few days of August and earlyOctober every year, depending on the interaction between the HebrewCalendar , and the present day Gregorian Calendar.*THIS IS SIGNIFICANT , Because G-d s Wo rd is symbolism rich, andthese last four Holy Periods are Spiritually symbolic o f Messiah Yahshua sfuture return at His Second Coming(First Resurrection of The Dead). Thus, wehave the physical parallel of the "First Coming" Old Testament Ph ysical"BIRTH", And The Spiritual New Testament "Second Coming", as well as,the a ctual Time of the Year Yahshua Messiah was born!EARLYSEPTEMBER !This is much mor e probable than a windy cold wet rainy December; noshepherds(or pregnant women o n donkeys)would be out all night with their flocks(or husbands)under those condi tions. Additionally, hundreds of thousands of Jews(or more)would have been requi red to travel back to their city of birth under cold and rainy weather condition s in order to pay their taxes(be assessed/enrolled). This would, also, be a grea t inconvenience for theRomans too!But more than that,September 2ndis theannivers aryof theBattle of Actium, and thehistoric timeof theRoman taxation.Additional No tesNote:*The Sabbath Month(7th Hebrew Month)Is Tishri., andSomehow It Just Makes Spiritual SenseThat The "LORD Of TheSabbath" Would Be Born During The Hebrew Sab bath Month(Tishri),Which Is The Parallel Of TheSabbath Millenniumwhen Messiah Yahshua Returns AGAIN... This is just another one of Yahweh s many physical to Spiritual parallels(anthropomorphisms).Note:*In 46 BC, when the Roman "Julian C alendar" was adopted,December 24th was the shortest day of the year. Therefore, December 25th was the first annual day that daylight began to increase. Thus, th eorigin of the REBIRTH or Annual Birthday of the Invincible SUN.In accordance wi th the Roman "Julian calendar," the "Saturnalia"festival appears to have taken p

lace on December 17th; it was preceded by the "Consualia" near December 15th, an d followed by the"Opalia" on December 19th. These pagan celebrations typically l astedfor a week, ending just before the late Roman Imperial Festival for "Sol In victus" (Invincible Sun) on December 25th.In 1582 AD. Roman catholic Pope Gregor y the XIII caused thecurrent "Gregorian Calendar" to be adopted, in order to eli minate thesolar time shift error that was introduced over the time period of 1,6 29years by the inaccurate "Julian Calendar."By December 1582 AD the shortest day of the year on the Roman"Julian Calendar" had shifted 12 days from Dec. 24, 46 BC. toWednesday, Dec. 12, 1582 AD.However, the Original December 25th Birth Dat e was retained for all pagan Sun gods by the Roman "Saturnalia," "Consualia," " Opalia,"and "Sol Invictus" traditions;which were now incorporated into thecathol ic"Twelve Days of Christ-mass."On the new Roman catholic Gregorian calendar the shortest annualday was numerically shifted back 10 days to the 22nd of December, where it remains to this day; while the original order of the seven daysof the w eek remained unchanged. Therefore,Wednesday,December 12th,1582 AD, becameWednesda y, December 22nd, 1582 AD, and the True Sabbath Day(Friday sunset to Saturday su nset)remained unchanged. Yahweh, the Only True G-d, wouldneverhave allowed The TrueMessiah to be born on or near the December 25th birthday period of the pagan Sun gods;during the time in which virgins were sacrificed, murder was commonplace, and orgies the norm.Thi s would be anentirely unacceptable association of Good and evil.References:*The Holy Scriptures by Yahweh.*
