Awareness:
Know the types, objectives and limitations of different reservoir studies and the information required to conduct them.
Basic Application:
Understand the various types of reservoir engineering information required for conducting an integrated reservoir management study (e.g. original hydrocarbon in place determination, reserves assessment, development / depletion plan, well optimizationdrainage architecture, EOR feasibility). Be able to gather, review, classify and validate this multidisciplinary information.
Skilled Application:
Design a comprehensive and efficient data acquisition, analysis, validation and management plan for integrated reservoir characterization. Establish objectives and constraints of different methodologies for conducting integrated reservoir studies and reservoir surveillance.
Mastery:
Supervise data management programs for reservoir characterization. Develop documentation for knowledge transfer on reservoir characterization. Identify training needs in integrated reservoir management and design development programs for young professionals.
