Hardcrown drill bits are composed of a base body and a brazed TCT crown. The highquality tungsten carbide crown is ground with diamond tools and achieves a service life ten to fteen times the standard! Preferred application: Big drilling installations and large quantities of material. Trials of the Hardcrown against a standard drill bit were made using telephone directories. The standard drill bit broke after 4000 drillings, the hardcrown drill bit reached a performance of 28,000 drillings before trials had to stop due to the lack of materials. After checking the drill bit after drilling the bit was still sharp! Trials held at German drilling machine manufacturers.

Banner Eyeletting Explained

1. Place the eyelet on to the spring loaded centre of the top die as shown. 2. Place the washer onto the bottom die as shown. 3. Place the material between the two in the correct position. 4. Pull the handle toward you until in its lowest position. 5. Release handle and remove the materials.
