2 UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS S. 968 (ORDER NO. 70) 1.Ordered, That at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 968, a bill to prevent online threats to economic creativity and theft of intellectual property, and for other purposes; provided, that with respect to the cloture motion filed on the motion to proceed, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 17, 2011.) H.R. 3630 2.Ordered, That with respect to the House Message to accompany H.R. 3630, an act to provide incentives for the creation of jobs, and for other purposes, the Chair be authorized to appoint conferees on the part of the Senate with a ratio of 4 to 3.
