HISTORY

Archiative Design Studio was formed in 2010 by the students of Measi academy of architecture who had worked for major practices in Thailand and India. The partners experience encompasses a portfolio of prestigious projects ranging from commercial, schools, institutions, condominium housing, landed housing, serviced apartment, townships, Resort Hotel & Club Development, and community center and conservation projects. Architects provide full scale professional services for Architectural Design, Interior Design and Development Consultancy.

PHILOSOPHY
Archiative designs believes in the development of architecture and interior that seeks A solution to the economic value, physical and social enjoyment, aesthetical harmony, emotional and psychological well being of ALL involved. Close collaboration between clients, consultants and all project team members is the driving force to the realization of the objective.

PROFILE
From inception, Archiative portfolio contains projects which are mostly residential in nature and served consultancy. Now, Archiative expands its portfolio that include a mix of projects which are Residential, Serviced apartments, Hospitality, Commercial and public in nature. Since 2011, Archiative stepped ahead into project management for interiors and architectural consultancy.

STRENGTH
Archiative is led by 2 partners currently; both partners are personally involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm and completely involved in all the projects undertaken. Ar.Shagul Nizamudeen (registered member of the Council of Architects in 2010) leads the Design and project implementation, production of drawings and details. Also liaison and consultation with Authorities, preparation of submission plans, Authorities requirements and compliances, inspection for the projects, while Mr.Sharfuddin (MBA graduate) takes charge of project co- ordination and management. The presentation, technical and detailed drawings, visual and 3D presentations are executed with the assistance of architectural assistants/ technical specialists working under principal architect.
