Please note that the certificate is only for the domain
"www.secretwomensbusinessnetwork.com", not for
http://secretwomensbusinessnetwork.com. Due to this the following notations
are valid:

2008-11-05 20:55 Servage I am afraid I am not going to overlook the issues. At the moment I
Customer have a domain that is useless (see other ticket).

Last night I was forced to purchase a new domain, get new hosting and move
what I could across to them. Extra expense because Servage is NOT reliable
at this moment.

I am still demanding a refund of the SSL, you can remove it or whatever , at


this stage I do not care. Refund my money immediately. I paid for something
I could not use for the entire time I had purchased it and ANY responsible
business would not argue the fact that they need to make good THEIR
mistakes.

Servage has been responsible for totally destroying the launch of my business
and I will not EVER recommend you to anyone after this incident. And if there
is not a quick resolution to my refund I will be publicly negative about your
service.

I have been a customer of yours for over 2 years, I carried your banner on
my website and recommended you to many, many people when they asked
who I hosted with. I am more than disappointed it has come to this, even
more so when i am pretty sure my complaints are not being escalated out of
the technical area at all.

I look forward to the speedy refund for the SSL.

The domain was not accessible for 48 hours!! with a 502 error again this time
from whatever change was tried to be made to the SSL.

Again you are telling me the SSL is still not working

In total I have had ZERO access to the SSL for over a month and I demand a
refund for that time.

I have had no reliable access to my site for 2 weeks and this is a business site
not just some blog.

What are you going to do to fix this? Why am I still talking to administration
staff and not a manager? What are you going to do to ensure my confidence
in you is renewed? Why shouldn't I be blackening the Servage name within
my social networks at this stage? I am EXTREMELY angry.

The DNS error you get at

is natural as because your website secretwomensbusinessnetwork.com has


got its own SSL and when SSL is enabled for a website a SSL IP gets allocated
automatically to this domain which is 77.232.74.210 . The error you are
getting at DNS check its a default error message when the domain seems to
be configured to a different IP rather than the shared server IP.

So please do not worry about the control panel error however as I can see the
SSL for secretwomensbusinessnetwork.com is not working and I have
informed admin to fix this issue as soon as possible.

I am extremely sorry for the problem caused to you :(

Actually the DBS zone for SSL was incorrect which I have corrected for you
and now will ping the exact dedicated IP for the SSL. But you need to wait for
some more time, as A-records and CNAMEs are direct modifications of
theDNS, and can therefore take up to 24 hours before being updated over the
entire Internet.

- I have not been able to use my SSL certificate now for many weeks. I have
paid for this certificate and I expect it to work immediately which it has not.

I need this fixed now OR an explanation as to what the issue is and how long
it will take to rectify.

I also expect that the month that I have not been able to use the certificate
be added onto the life of the paid license.

- Please assign a specialist (higher than level 1 support) to work on this issue
until it is corrected.

Please escalate this within Servage to ensure it is corrected. Until I get a


guarantee of stability I am going to put on hold the launch of my business,
and it it continues i will be forced to move my business elsewhere (and you
can see I have been a long term customer who does refer to Servage).

I look forward to a speedy resolution to this issue
