Since its creation in 2002, it has focused on e-governance projects, partnering with government and industry associations, to create systems with the greatest reach and potential benefit. Our experiences are in enterprise-class solutions, using industrial-strength hardware, best-ofbreed software and tried-and-tested development methodology. Our key officers and staff are acknowledged without peer in the field of government service: specifically in customs, internal revenue, economic zone administration; and supply chain management: distribution, warehousing management and inventory control and shipment tracking. E-Konek Pilipinas technical staff number 40 composed of project managers, network managers, administrators, system architects, business process analysts, quality assurance analysts, developers and customer support staff. We maintain a development center in Carmelray Industrial Park II in Calamba, Laguna to support our IT projects. E-Konek collaborates with Webb Fontaine Pilipinas, a company developing e-governance solutions on a proprietary platform, SOClass, for rapid deployment of document solutions.

Relevant Experience of the Firm Our flagship projects include e-governance and supply-chain enterprise solutions, such as but not limited to: 1. AEDS, the Automated Export Documentation System, is implemented in sixty-four (64) PEZA companies, covering fourteen (14) economic zones in Luzon and in Cebu. AEDS processes an average of 27,000 declarations a month representing 67% of total Philippine exports. The AEDS reengineered process has been acknowledged to save the exporter a minimum of PhP 500 per export declaration and to reduce the documentation process time to a minimum. 2. Our newly accredited e-governance project, Automated Import Permit for PEZA, will potentially cover seven (700) hundred transactions in a day and further streamline the importation process for the economic zone locators. 3. Our SBMA-TAFS (Trade and Facilitation System) processes ALL admissions documents and Subic loading exports. It connects more than three hundred (300) SBF locators and their brokers and forwarders and enables them to get their admissions approval in a matter of minutes. 4. E-Konek, in partnership with our affiliate Webb Fontaine Pilipinas, is the developer of the main Customs application. The delivered product Trade World Manager is world class, best of breed and adopts customs best practice. 5. Our Domestic Freight System, a package tracking application covers a network of eight hundred workstations (800) over the entire Philippines. 6. Our Warehouse Operations System is implemented and maintained in eleven (11) warehouses in the Philippines: San Miguel Yamamura Asia (Imus, Cavite), San Miguel Yamamura Ball (Gen Trias, Cavite), Manila Glass Plant (R-10, Manila), Diageo Philippines (Laguna Technopark, Sta. Rosa), SUN Microsystems (Bgy. Vitalez, Paranaque City), Cargohaus Customs Bonded Warehouse (Brgy. Vitalez, Paranaque City), U-Freight Customs Bonded Warehouse (Mactan), Linaheim Bonded Trading Warehouse (Cebu), Linaheim Bonded Trading Warehouse (Carmelray II, Calamba), Corporate Air (Subic Bay Freeport), Oyster Warehouse (Sucat, Paranaque). E-Konek manages and supports the above applications on a nationwide network of computers, mobile devices and network components, operational on a 24 x 7/ 365 basis. We are adept at different connectivity options, from Remote Access Service (RAS) to GPRS links. We have enough experience to identify appropriate connectivity for the particular environment. We are equally at home with the development of custom-built client-server applications, as well as with browser-based and mobile device applications.
