Selected Achievements Owners Project Requirements OPR for the LEED Gold 120,000 GSF Integrated Engineering Services Building included in Phase One of the $250 million NASA redevelopment of the New Town complex in Langley VA. MEP technical document reviews of two $162.9 M, 2300 bed mixed-level correctional complexes of twenty-seven (27) buildings. Verified accuracy and internal coordination between architectural, structural, life-safety, HVAC systems and controls, fire protection and alarm, communication systems, and site utility drawings. Installation Verifications Borefield and gathering piping for ground source reversible chiller systems on multiple K-12 projects over 64,000 GSF and $21.1 M construction cost. Functional Performance Tests Witnessed and documented test of 40 KW diesel engine-generator and ATS operation, including duplex fuel oil pump start, failure and alarm BMS notifications testing. Measurement and Verification Developed a company first M&V plan for a Tier III mission-critical data center.
