An address to our brothers the Amazighs

Brothers I will talk to you about the situation that Algeria has reached and
especially the regions of Tizi Ouzou. Also I will explain to you the things that
differentiate the Kabyles and also the methodology that our group follows and the
truth about the mujahidin and also I will explain to you exactly what the group
wants from the people of the region.
The Almighty says: (Lo! Pharaoh exalted himself in the earth and made its people
castes. A tribe among them he oppressed, killing their sons and sparing their
women. Lo! he was of those who work corruption) 4 Surah Al-Qasas
In this verse Allah told us that pharaoh have dominated and oppressed his subjects
and the same thing is done by the current rulers in the Arab World who treat their
people like animals who have no value, as what happens in Yemen, Libya, Syria
and Tunisia despite that they are Moslem countries. They did the same thing with
their people in order to remain in power.
Regarding Algeria, their rulers did to the people what has not been done by
pharaoh; they even violated our women as what happened recently to the elderly
woman in the city oI Fariha who is over 50 years old. Its doesnt have a relation
to the mujahidin or as they call us the terrorists. Also it didnt carry arms and it
isnt a man to deIend her and look what they did to her. And before almost three or
two years in the Azazqa region they killed an assistant of constructor working to
sustain his family and the people of the city of the Azazqa region saw that the
accident isnt a mistake but rather it is deliberate. And in 2001 they killed the one
named Qarmah Masinisa inside the national gendarmerie command in the Bani
Dawala region, and his age wasnt over 18 years and in that period the interior
minister Zerhouni talked about him and said that he was deviant.
That made the people of Tizi Ouzou demonstrate and the result was that the state
killed 126 people and the injury of hundreds and without mentioning who were
arrested and thrown to prisons. So they killed the people and beat them without
differentiating between women and men.
Let us go back a little in 1991 when the FIS (Islamic Salvation Front) won through
democracy that they talk about, they stopped the electoral process so the people
went out to demonstrate so the beat, killed and arrested them and they said: They
dont have the right to rule and that they are ready to kill three million citizen so
that the Islamic Salvation Front doesnt rule. Here the truth appeared that they are
ready to the people in order to remain in power and for the army and generals to
remain in power. Let us go back a little and exactly in October 1988 when the
Algerians went out in demonstrations and they were 500 victims. At that period
there werent any mujahidin or terrorists as they say. And thats a prooI that they
were killed before the mujahidin appeared and using them as an excuse.
In 1980 they stopped the lecture of Mouloud Mammeri and the students of the
university of Tizi Ouzou went out and demonstrated and everything was confused,
and they brought the police and army and fired at them, so many were injured and
also many were arrested.
O people since ancient times the rulers who rule the country hate, oppress, and
kill you without mercy or pity and didnt diIIerentiate between a Kabyle or an
Arab and a woman or man.
They left many widows, orphans, injured and handicapped those until now arent
healed.
After that they say shamelessly that they are defending the people and protecting it
and Iabricate everything against the mujahidin or as they call them the terrorists
and that they who have done that to the people and the people see we dont
differentiate between an Arab or Amazigh.
We are mujahidin for the sake of Allah and for the sake of Islam and our enemy is
the one who fights the religion and helps the army, police, gendarmerie and works
with the state.
If we wanted to kill the people we would have done that since we have arms,
bombs and mortars, but we dont do that because its illegitimate to kill a Moslem
either he was an Arab or Kabyle, there is no difference between them.
(Whoso slayeth a believer of set purpose, his reward is Hell for ever. Allah is
wroth against him and He hath cursed him and prepared for him an awful doom)
93 Surah An-Nisa
Since that the mujahidin from twenty years are in the Kabylie and have never
harmed the people and regarding the bombs that are kept in the markets and
schools, they are the work of the intelligence and we have to relation to it, because
the mujahidin keep the bombs where there is no presence of the people. For
example the mujahidin attacked the army in the city of Azazqa and killed 30
servicemen and took their weapons. But the army deliberately killed a constructor
then the governor or the commander of the operational sector in Tizi Ouzou comes
and say that it was a mistake and the all the people saw that it wasnt a mistake but
deliberate, and that is for their fear that the people would demonstrate against them
and what happened to Ben Ali and Mubarak might happen to them.
Those who are ruling us are Kuffar and sons of France and from 1962 many of the
current generals were killing the mujahidin in the libration war and were still
ruling us and they are who killed the people in 1954 and they are killing our
people now.
We are talking about France and its killing the people in the events oI 17
December 1961. They killed the people and took them to prisons and France
conducted nuclear tests and detonated 57 bombs to 1978 - 16 years after the
independence in Reggane, Wadi Al-Namous in the desert.
France departed and left 1.5 million martyr rahimahumallah and today Bouteflika
and the Algerian government couldnt and doesnt want to issue a law to
criminalize the French colonization. France has committed crimes and massacres
in Algeria and is still proud of that and we still see wonders from the Algerian
state.
France killed Colonel Amirouche and Si El-Haous rahimahullah and after the
independence the Algerian government excavated their remains and kept them in
prison and they did what France didnt do.
O rulers oI Algeria, O enemies oI the people, O enemies oI the mujahidin, O
enemies oI Islam, O enemies oI martyrs who you claim that you that you deIend
the people and Islam when you are just like France.
They didnt diIIerentiate between a Kabyle or Arab since all of them are same they
killed the people and oppressed them. In 2007 and exactly in the Beni Zmenzer
region in Tizi Ouzou they killed two and all know that the army did it and they
dont care iI they kill the people or burn their homes, etc
This corruption in the country doesnt stop so that the Algerian people can stand
up against the dictatorial rulers. We have to do to them as the Tunisian people did
to Ben Ali and the people of Egypt to Mubarak and the Libyan people to Gaddafi.
We have nothing to lose and especially here in the Kabylie region. They say that
the mujahidin are terrorists and that they are the enemies of the people and
enemies of the Kabyles. This state hates the Imazighen language and they say that
the Amazighs hate Islam and are against the country and they want their own
country and that the Kabyles are affiliated to France.
We the mujahidin combine between the Arab, Kabyle, Chaoui and Tuareg, Islam
brings us together and doesnt diIIerentiate between us. Allah Almighty says: (Lo!
the noblest of you, in the sight of Allah, is the best in conduct) 13 Surah Al-
Hujraat.
We love the Moslem people and hate the non-Moslem people and those who fight
against Islam and religion either they were Arab or Kabyle, so the one who hates
Islam we fight against him, which means our balance is Islam.
Brothers we look to the Language (Arabic, Kabyle, foreign) or color (black, white,
yellow) and Allah Almighty says: (And of His signs is the creation of the heavens
and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colors. Lo! herein indeed
are portents for men of knowledge) 22 Surah Ar-Room.
In our group there are leaders from the Amazighs and Kabyles like Jaffar, Abu
Abdullah, Abu Ibrahim Al-Shawi and Maqran of Djurdjura rahimahumallah. This
means that the mujahidin fight against anyone against Islam. As we find that there
are Jewish Amazighs and Christian Amazighs there are Jewish and Christian
Arabs, so we fight anyone who hates Islam.
When we see that Bouteflika is an Arab and the ruler of Saudi Arabia is an Arab
and Mubarak is an Arab and Bashar (Al-Assad) is an Arab which means that all
the rulers are Arab and all of them are enemies of Allah and enemies of their
people. Most of the Arab people are Moslems and most of the Kabyles are also
Moslems. In the city of Tizi Ouzou there many mosques and Zawiyas to memorize
the Quran despite that there are some Arabs and Kabyles have converted to
Christianity, but Alhamdulillah they arent many.
Everyone created by Allah either he was an Arab or Kabyle or foreigner speaks
the language that he knows and he has the right to do so, and the Moslem loves the
Arabic language because its the language oI Quran and not because oI the Arabs.
O brother you see that the Arabs rulers are dealing with the KuIIar either they
were Christians or Jewish and cooperate with Britain, America, France and
Germany who are the enemies of Islam and are against the Moslems and fight
them. All of you heard what the former American president George W. Bush may
Allah curse him said that it is a crusade and against Islam. And he said who
doesnt cooperate with America is against it and is its enemy. So the Arab rulers
only accepted and stood on the side of the America against terrorism and their
Moslem peoples aIter that they called jihad terrorism to deceive the peoples
because iI they said against Islam instead oI terrorism they would revolt against
them.
O brothers, the word oI terrorism was associated since ancient times to the
mujahidin during the liberation revolution. This is what France did by calling the
mujahidin terrorists, and this is what the Algerian regime inherited Irom France
and those who are ruling the country today are traitors and against Islam and incite
the people against Islam and Moslems under the name of combating terrorism.
Brothers dont be deceived and dont raise your kids on that and dont send them
to the army to die so that the generals and all their children live in Europe.
The third issue brothers is that there are people who dont know what the
mujahidin exactly seek and want. Why did they go to the mountains and left their
children, wives and relatives? What benefit comes from them? I say to you
brothers that the mujahidin went to the mountains to defend Islam and the
Moslems and defend the right. They went out because they didnt accept humility
and falsehood. They went out to depose those who are responsible of killing and
plundering the people and depose the generals the sons oI France who rule the
country with tyranny. They went out to establish the state of Islam and right that
doesnt diIIerentiate between Moslems, or between the Arabs and Amazighs, a
Iree state that doesnt Iollow France or Iollow America, a state that doesnt
oppress its people.
Those traitors who rule the country dont give any value to the people and know
its rights, which it means it doesnt have any right in choosing who will rule them
with justice and fraud the political elections and even the democracy that they
claim that they believe in despite that they have nothing to do with it.
The Algerian state is a police dictatorial state ruled by the generals and not the
government or those who are chosen by the people. All of them know that matter
and all the Arab rulers are alike, for example let us speak about Ben Ali the traitor
the Tunisian president - before he was deposed by the people they used to say
that he rules with democracy and he has a democratic party that wins in the
elections with 99% and after he was deposed by the people they now say to him
that he was a dictator and thief. The same thing with Mubarak they used to say
that he was elected by the people and win in the elections with 99% and after he
was deposed by his people he became a pharaoh, killer and thief, and Gaddafi and
also the Syrian chicken who is called Assad - lion and he is a lion on his people
and a chicken on the Jews and he is still killing his people and also the Yemeni
president, they were exposed by Allah.
O brothers, the state is completing the project oI France and America and the
Mujahidin are completing the path of the mujahidin of the 1954 liberation
revolution, the path of Colonel Amirouche rahimahullah. We love the state of
Islam, the state oI right and justice, the state that doesnt Iollow France and
America, a state that doesnt despise its people.
O brothers, our land is the land oI riches. The land oI natural gas, petrol and
agriculture. They say that they have 150 billion dollars when the people are poor
and many of the citizens eat from the dumps and there are statistics that say that
40% from the Algerians are poor and these are statistics of nongovernmental
organizations. Also there are many citizens who live in poverty and starvation and
the lack of roads and the natural gas that goes to Italy and Spain. Also the salaries
of the professors and doctors arent enough and iI that asked Ior their rights, even
Ior a little they conIront them with oppression, hot water and tear gas This is the
reward of the doctors and professors.
The statistics in the past two years says that 500 thousand workers were fired from
their jobs also many citizens dont have homes and live in old and messy homes
and when we go to the rulers we find them owning palaces and live in comfort.
Wherever we go we find they have the same in Switzerland, France and Indonesia
and they have a lot of money that no one holds them accountable when they say
that they only have their monthly salary. But even their salaries are more than tens
of millions not to speak of the bribes and plunders and the entire world heard
about the scandals of the rulers of Algeria who enjoy with the of their people who
die from starvation and live in poverty and in 2011 there are still citizens who live
on loans. There is 26 billion dollars no one know what happened to it and there are
reports from 1980 more than 20 years ago that there are more than 5000
Algerian official who own accounts in the Swiss banks and also more than 5000
officials have a dual citizenship. This is what was exposed by the Wikileaks
website that the American ambassador said that bribery in Algeria is especially
spread heavily among its oIIicials.
It also exposed that the brothers of Bouteflika including Sad, receive bribes for
projects that are presented by Kaffir states France, Italy, Spain and America and
they enjoy our natural gas and petrol and the officials enjoy with our money while
the people use wood for heating.
This state doesnt have a president or government but gangs, killers and thieves
and this is known by everyone. Our grandIathers were men and didnt accept
humility like Yusuf ibn Tashfin, Amirouche and Tariq ibn Ziyad rahimahumallah.
We have to be men and let the sons of France rule us.
O brothers, the recent years the regime spoiled the religion, Aqeeda and morals of
the people when we see that the churches spread heavily especially in the Kabylie
region where we find almost in every district a church where Christians pray and
the state is the one that allowed them to do that. The chief of the Supreme Islamic
Council Buomran said that the one who wants to convert to Christianity is free in
his belief and liIe, and this is the French project and Alhamdulillah that it couldnt
affect even on the women, so what about the men and this is recognized by the
French.
Because Islam lives in their hearts and minds and thats why I ask you to be
careful from these projects that want to keep you away from your religion and thus
you lose the Dunya and hereafter. The goal of the Algerian government is the goal
of the French state which is keeping the people away from their religion and this is
what makes the citizens migrate from Algeria to the land of the Kuffar through
illegitimate migration to search for a future for them there.
And thus the European states gives its nationality to the emigrants and gives them
their rights to leave their religion. So we have to be careful from these projects and
in the next time we will talk about Christianization in the Kabylie region since
currently the morals and education have gone from the Kabylie region. There are
many nightclubs and bars and the satellite channels phenomenon spread through
the country and corruption became popular and the drugs are abounded among the
youngsters and youth and that is what they want Irom us so that people doesnt
interIere in politics and dont demand their rights.
O brothers, to remove these phenomena and also poverty and to live in dignity
and have success in the Dunya and hereafter we have to return to the Quran and
Sunnah and we have to stand against the treacherous rulers, so you have to help us
by any means and anything and dont believe the rulers because they want to
divide us.
