net Sahel Mastoureshgh Objective Summer internship in software or web development Education: Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA December 2011 Master of Science - Computer Science GPA: 4.0 Relevant courses taken in WPI: Design of Software Systems, Operating System, Adv. Database systems, Local and wide area networks, Algorithms: design & analysis, Foundations of comp uter science University of Tehran, Iran July 2009 Bachelor of Science - Computer Science Award: Teaching Assistant ,Computer Science Department ,WPI ,January2010-persenet Computer Skills Operating Systems :Linux ,Windows XP/\/ista/7 Programming Languages: JAVA ,C, C++C#, SQL, ,Python, LEX & YACC Web Languages: MXML , Action Script , JavaScript Web Designing Tools: Adobe Flash Builder 4, Flex 4, XML Other Software Packages: MS Office, Star UML, Eclipse, Net Beans IDE, Visual Studio .Net, Wing ware , Mat lab, Power Builder, Idea, TASM, MASM, Wire Shark,DummyNet Experience Operating System Project by C ,WPI December 2010 I have done this project in Operating system class. Designed and implemented an operating system for a specific computer. Created, scheduled, Resumed and suspended proces ses. Send and receive messages and broad casted messages. Interrupt handler for timer or d isk interrupt in operating system Image registration by Python ,WPI Agust2010 I have done this project as direct research .Created an application for medical imaging to register an image using Genetic Algorithm. Word steal game by Java ,WPI September 2010 Design and develop an application using Java to implement Word steal game .this application was designed and implemented in design software course, used model of entity ,co ntroller and boundary to separate concept of graphical user interface with modules . Used dif ferent creational pattern such as Factory, Abstract Factory, Singleton to develop this game and I have created many test cases by using JUNIT Go-Back-N protocol, WPI September 2010 I have done this project in Network course .implementation of Go-Back-N protocol using C in Unix .in this application ,I have implemented network layer , data link layer, p hysical layer. Implantation of data link layer for server part _ Client and server web page transfer system ,WPI September 2010 I have done this project in Network course .Designed and developed an applicatio n using C .Used the TCP/IP protocols to send webpages from server to client and vice versa to

communicate with each other using Unix socket commands Bachelor Project December2009 Used Genetic Algorithm to predict the RNA secondary structure. Introduced differ ent expectation measures by applying statistical measurement. analyzed and studied a permutation -based genetic algorithm to solve the RNA folding problem. Proposed a novel method base d on combination of current methods to resolve the folding problem. Automated Filing System December2009 Designed and developed an application using c# to implement graphical user inter face. Used MySQL database assembled data by merging them from old file systems and other re sources. Users can enter data via user friendly forms and save them in database. Also the y can browse and search already saved data. This application utilizes by a dental clinic loca ted on our campus. Compiler Project September2009 Utilized LEX and YACC to build a compiler system which supports almost all the s tatements including 'if else', 'while' and many arithmetical functions, variables and cons tants. The language grammar makes tokens from input and sends them to YACC. Assembly Debugger September2009 Employ MASM environment to write an assembly debugger. This system gets an assem bly program as input, debugs it and shows the output values in registries. Assembly Project September2009 Implement an assembler system using Java. The input is an assembly program and t he output is 01 which saves in a file. Soccer Game by Java December2008 Design and implement a soccer game using Java. This Application comprises a grap hical soccer field and six animated players. The GUI designed by Java3D. Each player can eith er pass the ball or make a long or short shoot to the goal. A player can also either run or walk. Computation Project September2008 I have done this project in Foundation of CS class Computational program to redu ce different NP problems to each other's.
