We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 year of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent Damage Deposit A damage deposit of $250 is required ($500 for Spring Break Rentals). This must be received with your final payment, no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, providing the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to home or its contents b. All trash must be emptied and placed into outside trash containers. Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. c. All soiled dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and turned on prior to departure d. No linens are lost or damaged e. Furniture has not been moved f. Air conditioning is set to 80o prior to departure g. No early check in or check out h. Pool passes are returned i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by Seacrest Beach Resort.

Payment An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rental price. Payment should be in the form of bank money order, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Barefoot Vacation Rentals. The balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. Credit cards are accepted for an additional 3% fee.

Cancellations A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to ten (10) will be assessed.

Inclusive Fees Rates include taxes and cleaning as well as one-time linen-towel setup. No Daily Maid Service Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. You should bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.

Rate Changes Rates subject to change without notice. Falsified Reservations Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

Written Exceptions Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. Parking There are two parking spaces directly in front of the home and two additional parking spaces are available in the back of the home.

Hurricane Policy No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area where the home is located b. The day the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area, we will refund: i. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, ii. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and iii. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Hurricane Warning period.
