C. Implementing Guidelines
Acceptance of reservations by Documentation Group will commence on August 11, 2011 Checks issued be should be payable to DMCI-PDI. Unit Reservation Fee is PESOS: Twenty Thousand (Php 20,000,00). Parking Reservation fee is PESOS: Ten Thousand Only (Php 10, 000.00). To manage the demand for Parking Slots, buyers may only purchase one (1) PS per residential unit. Formal announcement/s will be made should guideline be revised. Regarding documentation, a buyer may request for a copy of the Master Deed and Unit Plan, subject to company policy and delivery timetable.
