Ref: NOTICE TO QUIT, Dated 12-27-2011 Dear Kajal Nasreen Islam and THE WOLF FIRM Thank you for your letter of December 27, 2011, informing me of the laws on NOTICE TO QUIT, for California renters. However, you must have made an error in your assumption; I am not aware of anyone in our Private Domicile that is a renter, nor do I have a contract with the companies called: GMAC Mortgage, the so called Servicerfor GMAC Mortgage, LLC, nor GMAC Mortgage, LLC, the so called Purchaser. Therefore, I have a problem entering into any agreement with you, as you stated in your letter, when I do not understanding, nor am I clear regarding, the following: 1. I do not know you 2. I do not know the, so called, Servicer 3. I do not know the, so called, Purchaser 4. I do not understand how your letter pertains to me 5. I do not understand the purpose of your correspondence with me 6. I do not understand why you believe you are authorized to contract with me In order for an agreement or contract to be made between two parties, there must be a meeting of the minds. Therefore, I can not contract with you if I do not know: who you are, if you are/represent who you say you are/represent, nor how you are authorized to contract with me. In order to clarify/confirm the claims in your letter, I need your assistance in verifying certain information. Please provide me with the following: 1. proof, under penalty of perjury, that I have a contract with you or the entity you claim to represent. 2. proof, under penalty of perjury, that you have authority to contract with your company to contact me. 3. An affidavit, signed under penalty of perjury, explaining in clear and complete, non-legal terms the purpose of your communication with me and a hardcopy of the compete laws that give you such authority 4. *Complete RESPA letter questionnaire (see sample enclosed) 5. A certified copy of your oath of office

6. A certified copy of your bond, including the bond number You have 10 days, from the receipt of this letter, to respond by providing the complete information requested above. Should no response be received within the stated time frame, I will assume that this matter is settled and that your letter was sent in error and will ignore any further correspondence without recourse.
