23 December a.d. 2011 (Birth of the Republic Day) Mrs. Beth Arthur, Sheriff Arlington County, Commonwealth of Virginia 1425 North Courthouse Road Arlington, Virginia 22201 Dear Sheriff Arthur: To the right is a letter you may have forgotten, but I found as I was looking for my Request for Admissions to Chief Judge Newman in my 2008 federal Civil Rights Violation lawsuit, that led to his signing on 7 April 2008, an ORDER of DISQUALIFICATION along with Kendrick, Almand and Alper. Initially, I had you named as a Defendant too, but when you DID provide many, many Court security camera videos, I filed a Motion to remove you, for you had done your duty as a Constitutional Officer to uphold Justice and a serve a Citizen. You may not remember when I spoke briefly in December 2010 in Richmond at the meeting of the Criminal Justice Services Board of which you are a member. After that meeting, I spoke with an honest Commonwealth Attorney, whose advice led me to speak to the Virginia State Police on 4 January, followed by the arrest of a former Democrat Commonwealth Attorney on 10 January, who was sentenced to federal prison in September; plus the bonus of the early retirement of his accomplice in crime, a sitting judge, on 21 January a.d. 2011. Praise the Lord! Just over a week ago, 15 December, I was seated at the same table as a law enforcement peer of yours, Sheriff Welsh of Chester County, Pennsylvania, at the Bill of Rights Commemoration Banquet near Lancaster, where I was one nominee for the annual award. (I did not win, a Senior Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania and Army Reserve JAG won.) Sheriff Welsh and the many other distinguished Citizens at that table were aghast when I related the story where I was a key eyewitness of how your Arlington County Deputy Sheriff had assaulted a 12 year old girl, Ashlie OBrien, in the courtroom and hallway just outside the courtroom and juvenile judicial chambers, for just saying, I want to testify. Why cant I testify? Ashlie wrote a letter 15 August to Varoutsos against GAL Karen Grane, who spoke against Ashlie testifying. That letter had twice been REMOVED from the case files, a FELONY. By whom? Grane, Varoutsos, or maybe Jason McCandless? I was and remain aghast at the assault, and the apparent cover-up of crimes by your Deputy, Larson (?sp), who refused to provide to me the Court security camera videos (Camera #40, and the camera in the waiting room on the east wall facing west to the Varoutsos courtroom, where the assault by your Deputy occurred about 6:15 pm on Wednesday, 7 December 2011. As a FOIA request, or as a Production of Documents request, or a simple concerned Citizen request, I request you provide to me (an IFP litigant) the Court Security Camera Videos for the 4th Floor for 7 December, and get control of your Deputies.
