Carrothers Enterprise teamed with this client and provided trade support, project management as well as scheduling this turn-key project. Our knowledge and vast construction experience played a significant role in converting an old historic building into a restaurant. This was accomplished while maintaining a tight schedule and coming in on budget. All phases of construction were on display with this project from demo, framing, rough and finish carpentry, to final cleaning. Designed build/rehab old warehouse convert into a restaurant. Provided framing, flooring, and construction management of all trades, install windows doors, interior trim and turn-key operations of project.

Dozier Real Estate, LLC (Residential)

Ms. Angelo Dozier 704-763-2897 Renovation of Three Houses Congruently Carrothers Enterprise contracted with this client to perform full-scale remodeling of three houses. We provided labor and materials to start and turn-key these houses. From the onset, dealing with houses that had set for long periods presented many hurdles with codes and changes in material, but were overcome by using our database of tradesmen and suppliers. Our plethora of experience and history with vendors that deliver in times like these helped capture a beautiful project. Gut rehab interiors, to include but not limited to drywall, trim, framing, flooring, painting, siding, windows and doors.

Charlotte Housing Partnership (Commercial)

Mr. Larry Samuels 704-177-5491 Carrothers Enterprise contracted with client to provided labor and materials for full-gut rehab of duplexes. These projects were run congruently so the combination of timing and skills had to be on point. All trades were involved on this project and coordination with the code enforcement department and Duke Energy had to be precise to deliver a completed project such as this. Construction methods of the past had to be brought into a new era and at the same time fit within the designed given to us at the entering into contract. Full Gut Rehab Duplexes: to include but not limited to complete new wring, framing, drywall, flooring, roof system, landscaping, doors windows, painting, plumbing system, concrete and grading.
