Course Overview:
This course commences with an exposition of RF Optimization and Planning in detail in relation to the Protocol stacks and the call signaling flow from MS to MSC (MTC/MOC. RF engineers will be more analysis and be able to follow an established set of guidelines for tuning the radio network.
