The League Office will provide all tickets. There will be no pre-sale of tickets. All other arrangements will be the same as those used for regular season. The Box Office will open one hour prior to the first game.

COMPLIMENTARY GATE LIST: A total of twenty-two (22) passes will be provided for players, managers, coaches and statisticians. See the attached Gate List. A total of twelve (12) passes will be provided for faculty and administrative supervisors. See the attached Gate List. One (1) pass each, will be provide for the Bus Drive and the School Trainer The Band Director and all band members in uniform or with instruments, will be admitted at the Pass Gate.

SONG & CHEERLEADERS: Song and cheerleaders in uniform will be admitted at the Pass Gate. The game floor must be kept clear at the end of each game, so that pregame warm-up for the next game can take place immediately.

SCHOOL PRESS/PHOTOGRAPHER One (1) pass each, will be provided for the school Press and the School Photographer BANDS: The Tournament Manager will assign seating for all Bands. The home school will have the first option of playing the National Anthem at the beginning of the first game. If not the Anthem will be played by the visiting team. If neither band does the anthem, we will use the pledge of allegiance. Bands are to cooperate with the opposing school by alternating their turns of playing. Drums and other musical instruments must NOT be played while the ball is in play.

SUPERVISION: Each school is responsible for supervising their own rooting section. A person in charge of supervision from each school should report to the Tournament Manager at least one half (1/2) hour before game time.

GAME PROTEST PROCEDURE: The Tournament Director, Director of Athletic and game official shall makeup the Protest Committee Decisions involving interpretation of game rule(s) may be protested; however a decision involving an officials judgment cannot be protested Protest during a game situation must be announced to the officials working the game The protest must be decided upon before the game is allowed to continue The Protest Committee should consult the coaches involved as well as timers and/or scores, if deemed necessary. GAME UNIFORMS: The team listed last, or on the bottom of the tournament bracket will be the home team. The home team will wear their WHITE uniforms

SPORTSMANSHIP FIGHTING POLICY: In effect at all tournament basketball games per WIAA Handbook rules. Appeals may be submitted to The Tournament Manager & The Coordinator of Athletics according to the WIAA protest procedure.

PRE-GAME WARM-UP: The teams will be permitted to warm-up on the game floor, 20 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. Teams playing in the first contest may take the playing floor 30 min. prior to the scheduled game time. Teams are to warm up at the basket opposite their assigned bench before their game. TEAM BENCH: The home teams bench will be to the left of the scores table, as you face the game floor. The team bench will be limited to 15 players, managers, trainer, and coaches as verified by the Head Coach.

GAME PA ANNOUNCEMENTS: Only announcements relating to the tournament will be permitted. All Non-game related announcements must be approved by the Tournament Manager. All game starters will be introduced alternately, starting with the visiting team.

HALFTIME ENTERTAINMENT: All halftime entertainment (except team cheerleaders) must be approved IN ADVANCE by the Tournament Manager. Any entertainment must be completed and the floor cleaned with no less than 3 min. remaining in the halftime period. Performing groups will be limited to 4 minutes each.

PROGRAMS: Game Programs Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday will be provided by the Home Team. PARKING: SEATING: Special seating will be reserved for the teams, the press and participating bands. All other seating areas will be on a first-come first-served basis in designated areas No reserved parking will be available Bus parking will be available and designated by the Tournament Manager Game Programs Thursday, Friday & Saturday will be provided by the Athletic Office Team Rosters will be turned in to the Athletic Office ASAP.

LOCKER ROOMS: Locker rooms will be assigned upon arrival by the Tournament Manager. The locker rooms will be restricted to the participating teams coaches, players, managers, and authorized personnel. Locker rooms will be available for use 30 min. prior to the first scheduled game. VALUABLES: Teams will be responsible for their own valuables. AWARDS: SIGNS: Only one official school banner will be allowed. No flags or hand made signs will be allowed. Boys and Girls Metro Championship Trophy will be presented immediately following the Championship games. Do not leave any valuables unlocked in the locker room.

GAME BALLS: The game ball will be furnished by the home team. Each team must provide their own basketballs for warm-up.

OFFICIALS TABLE: No one will be allowed at the officials table except the official timekeeper, scorekeeper, clock operator and the announcer. CROWD REGULATIONS AND SUPERVISION: Students/Spectators should not stand for extended periods of time, nor should they stand on the seats. Spectators are to stay off the floor at all times. Confetti will not be allowed in the gymnasium. No signs other than school banners will be permitted. No Balloons Artificial noisemakers will not be permitted in the gym. This includes megaphones.
