3.10 GROUP-10 Where the Architect is engaged to render opinion or give advice, clarifications orexplanation on technical matters pertaining to his profession, the Minimum Feechargeable thereunder shall not be less than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00*) per hoursubject to increase depending on the extent and coverage of service required. Whenrendering service as an expert witness, the Architects fee shall not be less than FiveHundred Pesos (P500.00*) per appearance irrespective of whether the scheduledhearing took place or not.
