Below are some Details on how to solve errors that may arise in the use of e-ope nheavens2009 Note:

it is assumed that c drive is your primary drive where you have your opera ting system installed, where this is not the case substitute c with whatever you r primary drive is. this also assumes you did not change the primary location wh ere e-openheavens2009 is to be installed in the cause of installation error 1: System Restarts immediately e-openheavens2009 is started. cause: you have a virus on your computer that prevents e-openheavens2009 from di splaying its splash screen solution: 1. open my computer 2. open local disk c 3. open program files folder 4. open e-openheavens2009 folder 5. run fixit.exe 6. wait until it gives you a [Rebooting error successfully fixed] message error 2: e-openheavens2009 reports there was an error wrinting to your harddisk immediately after starting cause: 1. if you installed the program on a corporate network, your network settings mi ght prevent it from starting. contact your network administrator. 2. you might be logged on to the computer as a guest or with a user profile that cannot write to the folder where the software is installed. you must log on to the computer with a profile that can write to the install folder or your profile must be given access to write to this folder in order to use e-openheavens2009. To grant write access to the installation folder: a. Right click the folder where the software is Installed b. select properties c. click on the Security tab d. click on Edit button e. select the Profile that the User belongs to or select "Users profile" f. check the "Write" tabbox under the "Permission for Users" Listbox to allow Wr ite Access for the Users group. g. Apply Changes 3. e-openheavens2009 database failed to register solution to (3) 1. open my computer 2. open local disk c 3. open program files folder 4. open common files folder 5. open borland shared folder 6. open BDE folder 7. run bdeadmin.exe (it has a yellow icon with a spanner) 8. check under databases if you have "Bible" there 9. if there is no bible under databases: 1. right click on databases 2. select new from the popup menu that comes up 3. click the ok button on the dialog box that comes up 4.type bible 5.press enter 6.click on the apply button on the toolbar (it is the button with the bl ue arrow) 7. close this and try running e-openheavens2009 again error 3: e-openheavens reports that a file neccessary for the verification of it
