PUBLIC NOTICE The Lee Township will accept Trustees sealed bids until 8 a.m.

on March 3, 2012, for mowing, trimming and cleaning of cemetery stones in as few as one (1) or as many as four (4) of the township cemeteries. The cemeteries are: Sardis, Mt. Olive, Salem and Mt. Moriah. Bids must list each cemetery separately with its corresponding price per each mowing. Bids must include all equipment, necessary fuel and maintenance of equipment for the mowing period beginning May 2012 through October 2012. Prices are set for the entire 2012 mowing season. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age and are required to furnish proof of liability, with Lee Township listed as additional insured, when submitting their bid. Contractor must maintain a grass height of no greater than three-andone-half inches (3 1/2), regardless of weather conditions. Subject to change at the Trustees discretion.
