Step 1
Before the assembly of the conservatory roof, ensure the following dimensions have been checked (A & B) to provide a square base. Windows must be vertical and cill must be level.

Step 2
All conservatory roof packs are labelled. Check that the total of packs match the delivery note. Open the Accessory Pack first. Then open the RingBeam and Main Rafters. This will avoid any confusion and avoid any sections or accessories being lost or damaged on site.

Step 3
Locate the wall/plate and fix to the back wall at the height as shown on the roof plan

Underside of wall plate

Step 4
Lift the wall/plate hinge profile into place. Do not fix yet but leave loose

Important Note
When joining Ring Beam to Ring Beam (Shaped Roof) it is important that a silicone seal is applied to ALL edges prior to assembly.

Step 5
Place the Ring/Beam/Gutter onto your windows and secure through the windows up into the ring beam.

TIP
Before going too far it may be advisable to try and lift a rafter into place at this point to see how close the fit is. You may have to adjust the wall/plate height or ring beam position..

Step 6
Once you are happy with the fit of the rafters, secure each rafter into place through the holes under the hinge plates at both the wall/plate and ring beam.

Screw fix under here into the rafter at the top & bottom

VR 514

Step 7
Clip the white plastic T shape isolator VR514 into the rafter. Please Note: If the roof incorporates transoms, holes will be pre-drilled in this section, it is important that this is fitted with the holes in the correct position

Transoms (Glass/Joiner)
If glass transom is required then fit as shown below.

Please Note:
It is very important to put the adhesive (flashband) tape across the glass joint (FULL WIDTH OF GLASS) prior to screwing on the transom top cap.

Step 13
